Review 1：Nothing, all good.

Review 2：Loved the decor, the staff, the spa swimming pool and the food. Loved easy taxi ride to the National Palace, Quinta da Reguileira and other must see attractions.

Review 6：Such a super hotel; the biggest bed I've ever seen on a mezzanine floor. Didn't expect a kitchenette but we had all the facilities for self catering as well as hotel. Clean, good ambience, beautiful buffet supper; excellent hotel.

Review 7：Room air conditioning was working poorly - running but unable to reduce room temperature noticeably ,even over a long period.Also hair dryers were too noisy in all rooms, could hear a hair dryer going at 630 am -sounded like a cheap Hoover! Also, hot breakfast quality was poor by other standards- look up what a good Irish or English fry should be like and have 3-4 items available each morning

Review 9：It is a little far from the main attractions, which requires a car to go. But it is located in a beautiful area excellent for rest.

Review 11：The lack of parking places on the hotel grounds was a constant. Most of the places were very tight for even a regular car to fit. Frequently badly parked cars from the guests didn't help either, occupying more than one spot at once. Moreover, the untrimmed vegetation made the task even more difficult, leaving some places inaccessible. Clean towels are supposedly provided for the guests to access the pool, however we were once given towels that were smelly and still moisty. Clearly, used towels that were folded to pass as cleaned ones. Needless to say that we used our own towels since then. Definitely not something to expect from a 4 star hotel.

Review 12：Very spacious suite with 2 floors and a small kichnet. Set in a quiet place and a great choice to visit Sintra and Lisbon. However, a car is a necessity since the hotel is located in a private condo without any public transportation. Staff was helpful and friendly. The breakfast was varied although the quality of some products leave a lot to be desired. Indoor pool is great for children and when there's wind outside.

Someone very nice tried to fix it but even his opinion was that it´s very low quality bed (sofa). And according to hotel staff, it happens all the time.

Review 28：The 5 star treatment, the team working at the front desk was always very nice, helpful and they really made us feel special. Also, our room was enormous, with a really great view over the swimming pool.

Review 29：noise from external aircon was continuous noise and loud partying from a group celebrating an "Indian" wedding or similar. The group basically took over the swimming pool area and made it impossible for others to use the facilities.

Review 33：Very warm on the upper level of the suite. The main gripe was the restaurant, which was far too small for the number of guests in the hotel. We had to queue for a table at breakfast - not good. Also the crockery in the kitchenette area of the suite was dirty - it really should have been washed properly when the room was cleaned. The foyer areas were also quite dusty.

Review 94：The reception staff were very disorganised and let the hotel down. We stayed there with guests for our wedding and when we arrived, they had managed to mess up several room bookings. There was no systematic way of recording things and ensuring reception staff received the same messages meaning we had to repeat things several times. They persistently sent our guests to Beloura Shopping Mall which is practically empty even though we had explicitly asked them to tell our guests that within 5km there are two very good shopping malls (Forum Sintra and Cascais Shopping). On checkout, they tried to overcharge on three rooms. If you stay here, check your hotel bill carefully and beware of any ´free´ upgrades. The hotel itself is really lovely but the staff made it a really disappointing experience, I suspect that this is down to poor management and training.

Review 95：The rooms were very spacious, comfortable and clean. The pool area outside was similarly very comfortable, although the water in the outside pool was very cold. Cleaning and catering staff were very good.

Review 117：The hotel had promised free Internet available which is simply wrong. Only the first 30 mintues are free for the whole stay. The hotel staff did not help with luggage. There was a convenction going on inside the hotel and in general it felt like the visitors of the convention were far more important to the hotel than other guests were. Also it was the only hotel that did not suprise us for our honeymoon (but we were spoiled by the previous 5 hotels that always prepared a suprise).
