Review 1：The manager was incredibly rude and unhelpful. He was not welcoming and almost caused my family to miss our speedboat when leaving the resort. Food and drink was overpriced - they charge 50 baht for a big bottle of water, when it should cost only 20. Plates of food and leftovers were left outside the rooms for several days. The swimming pool was very green and I was unsure about letting our ten month old daughter go into the water.

Review 2：The pier and the beach is very scenic. The staff working at the resort were very kind and helpful.

Review 3：The guys at reception was not a good adviser. Most of my question got a numb answer. And he never suggested anything accept from answered my question. He should be more freindly or at least suggest something to guest to feel like he is interested to help. One more thing is the light at night is too dim. Very dim, almost frightened. I expect more romantic and cozy at first. This is disappointed me a bit.

Review 4：Location is wide and peaceful. I stay at pool hut villa 1, room is clean and be in good condition. View is super amazing. I love seeing trough room's giant glass door, don't want to close curtain! Breakfast was pretty nice. The pool in front of the room is in proper size. I love it!

Review 5：The pool is supposed to be blue and it was GREEN. The hotel ran out of ice and had none all day and night. The staff took over one hour to prepare any items of food and always got the orders wrong. When arriving to the hotel late at night there was NOBODY to be found and we had to take our key from behind the reception desk (and could have got into any other guest's room!) - no security. The beach was nothing like on the photos and was actually full of sewage! The pool bar had no staff and didn't operate. This is by far the worst hotel I have ever stayed in throughout Thailand. Do not go here!

Review 15：The staffs (except one person) was not competent and not friendly. Poorenglish level and not organized. Even if the hotel was in renovation,you felt they did not care about us. Breakfast was terrible and mealswere overpriced, compared to other facilities in the Island.It is NOT a 4-star hotel. more like a 1 or 2. I will not come back.
