Review 2：Beautiful house with fantastic views across Marlborough. We loved the pool and jacuzzi. Jack and Alice (who manage the property) were super and really looked after us, helping me to arrange a few surprises for my partner's birthday - booking trips and recommending restaurants - nothing was too much trouble! We'll definitely be sending our friends and family!

Review 3：Beautiful well-designed house with great views, and facilities. The hosts went out of their way to make us feel comfortable and helped organise activities and meals for our stay there.

Review 4：No fridge in the room, wasn't aware of being able to use the main room one or not.

Review 6：I love how welcoming and friendly the managers were. They made us feel right at home - offered their local knowledge when needed and even arranged for a much needed body massage by their in-house masseuse.

Review 7：Jack and Alice were very welcoming and hospitable. They gave us great recommendations and made us feel very at home. The house is in an amazing location, very relaxing! The bed was very comfy too!

Review 8：No fridge, only 2 tea bags in room, no sugar, no slippers (the floor in the room is tiled so very cold, and they said that slippers were supplied) had to go and ask for milk and a glass so I could get a glass of water from the bathroom tap - I didn't realise that there was no T.V in the room until my arrival - after a long day working I just wanted to watch TV and have a cup of green tea - neither were available and I'm not one to continually keep asking for things - I could have watched TV in the main house however only from the hours of 4.30pm to 9.45pm as I recall and there was no cover from the rain whilst going from my room to the main house. Wouldn't stay again, as B & B's aren't for me and I didn't actually realise that this is essentially what this accomodation is - missed the mark a bit for me.

Review 16：We liked everything about Mountain View Villa - the rooms, pool and hot tub, beatiful grounds and view, quiet but close to town, everything exceeding expectations. Owner Leon provided great recomendations for restaurants and attractions.

Review 17：Rooms are described as suites but are not. They are just largish rooms with a nice bed and cheap wardrobe. Basic quality breakfast ingedients. Owner did not make us feel relaxed, despite telling us to come and go as we please. Be aware that beds are not made or room serviced, which you would expect in this price bracket. Would have been helpful to have been made aware of this in advance.

Review 19：The wifi didn´t work in the room only in the big house. No coffee in room. No TV in room The closet FULL of bedlinen so you could not unpack your bag. Nothing else than the or coffee for breakfast to drink(no juice or something else)

Review 22：Leon was very friendly and knowledgeable on the Blenheim area and helped us making arrangements/reservations. Continental breakfast was nice. Great view overlooking the Marlborough vineyards. The rooms and the common area are well maintained and of good quality. The queen room had a spacious bathroom, airco and teamaking facilities. The swimming pool area is nice to cool down.

Review 24：Leon, the host, was most helpful and couldn't have done any more for us. He was so welcoming and really helpful with advice for what to do in the area. He even helped us to book a table at restaurant and organised our cab!

Review 25：The feeling that you were in the owners house . That you were invading his space when using the living room or making a cup of tea. No facilities in the room for making tea/coffee and the beds were never made. He had no staff so breakfast was a bit like being at home with cereal and toast only on offer.

Review 26：The setting of the place. In the hills overlooking the vineyards. The house itself is magnificent, lovingly built by the owner. He went out of his way to be helpful booking restaurants or picking us up from town.

Review 29：1. No TV in room 2. Very limitwd breakfast- even a co tinental breakfast ysyally gas fruit juice not just p.ain water. Only toast offered no croissants. No cut fruit just some rather worn out looking peaches or they might have been plums. No lights leading to our room. Had to ask for a torch. No milk offered with tea making facilities.
