Review 3：The max limits for roulette are ridiculous. Please lift them from 100 US-Dollars to at least 1000 better 2000 US-Dollars to attract some more interested folks
Review 4：The hotel lived up to all expectations. It has everything. The location was great, close to the center. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Great spot to stay if you are in Ciudad Del Este
Review 5：The minibar and the room services in general are too overpriced for the quality of this hotel. I tried to order room service after midnight but nobody replied on the phone. I called the lobby but they were not very helpful either, they just said to keep calling and eventually somebody was going to pick up.

Review 19：Nothing worked in the room, neither the room keys nor the air-conditioning. That was really bad for a tropical country. I couldn't sleep because of that. I booked (and payed!!!) a junior suite but received a tiny standard room instead. The staff told me that the tiny standard room was the junior suite.
Review 20：I found a big spider at the shower. I guess it got there by accident (window open). It was the only insect I noticed in the room.
