Review 1：slow wifi, but I won't complain about that, as we didn't come there to sit online :)

Review 2：Breakfast was excellent, rooms clean, staff friendly. Although the hotel is big, the wooden outside walls make it look kind of cosy.

Review 3：Soap, tissues and shower cap missing in the bathroom. Dirty cuirtains in the room. No bathrobes and electric kettle in the room. Bathrobes are paid extra (30 PLN). WIFI signal was very pour. Too small parking for cars in front of the hotel. Breakfast was also not so good for a four star hotel. There was a queue to the coffee maschine because only one (from three) was working.

Review 6：When we came the room, we faced too small of a room for luggage, baby crib, apart from the couple's bed, something to consider when allocating a room for a family. The same about location having in mind such a big hotel, thinking about the building A and not F or G. Another suggestion, on room service menu, if I remember correctly only in polish. The dishes require a explanation of the ingredients, beef, tomato, salad, grilled or fried, small things but important looking for the difference between hotel with the same class. Baby sheets were clean, true but had stains. Bed had a hole. Quite a few good people are working at C.P Hotel, including external staff, friendly and respectful; understanding improvements are being done in all areas of the hotel. I will come back again in February probably, with the family again because I believe the place will improve, it has great potential and it has the best Polish G.M. I ever had the pleasure to meet.

Review 7：I liked the fact that the general Manager has an international standards. He acts fast and effectively in less comfortable situations. Congratulations to the owner to have hired this person. My dinner and lunch were of at most quality, specially the soup and steak, the highest standard I have eaten in Poland, comparable to any stake house, in Katowice, Krakow, Gdansk, Warsaw, congratulations to the purchase manager/ F&B Manager and to the chef - great work. Nice breakfast, good breakfast-chef, comparable to Marriott and Radisson Warsaw and these are 5 Start Hotels, in the capital. Very nice kids room - nice ladies working and they like the children; maybe hours to be re-thought - maybe 10.00 to 22.00 - thinking about costs of course but 2-3 year old children wake early and not all like the pool. Pool for children was also pleasant. Landscape around the hotel very nice Good luck, I feel this place could be the best 4 Star Hotel in Poland, considering all the strong points.

Review 10：There were no activities during the week. The hotel is huge with many passageways which can be sort of confusing. It is not close to the city center and the shuttles do not go there very often, it is also not free. There was no jacuzzi.

Review 11：I enjoyed the spa, massage, breakfast and rooms. Very large hotel with wonderful facilities such as; gym, table tennis, screening rooms. During the week it was empty and I was able to get a wonderful room with a balcony overlooking the stream.

Review 12：It is not a hotel for relax. The Spa is full of kids, even jacuzzi was full of kids. The buffet was fair, but it is just well cooked cheap food.

Review 16：Poor management of the hotel. Staff not sure what is going on in the hotel. Lack of any info about food and restaurants in the hotel. Long a difficult way to get from one bulding to another one (too many corridors, lifts, stairs). Not enough car park space. Roads and wlaking paths cover by ice - difficult to walk around.

Breakfast is very poor, no suitable for kids, no porridge, oatmeal, yogurts, very not healthy food only (pork, fried eggs, salats with mayo,etc) 5. Restaurant for dinner is very expensive, with no value at all, awful food and service and located in corridor, while you eat people are passing by all the time. 6. Swimming pool is a joke, main pool is 1.10m-1.20m depth! And too small, always crowded 7. Cleaning service needed to be called and asked to clean everyday, otherwise they dont bother 8. Owner built the space to max, no place to walk or sit around to relax outside, no Restaurant with open terrace, no place to sunbath, etc.
