Review 1：single bed was too narrow. poor wifi. check-out time was 12pm but housekeeper frequently opened the door without knocking since 9:30. breakfast not worthy.

Review 4：The hotel has a good location a few minutes walk from the railway and bus stations. The rooms have an interesting early-1990s-retro style, probably dating from the times of change from old Interhotel to new "Western" interior. However, it is clean and staff are polite and helpful. It is not my first hand choice in Poprad, but I would not hesitate to stay there again!

Review 15：The staff was really nice - although they seemed to be the "calm and professional" type instead of "energetic and friendly". I only talked to 2 of them though, so chances are the others are different. Also, they allowed us to order food externally just before the "pre-paid" dinner in their restaurant, so that counts as a big plus (we were exhausted from travelling the whole day, it was near closing hours...). The hotel restaurant serves cheap and tasty food. Wifi was generally but not completely stable, connection speed was acceptable.

Review 17：Just on our way to city center, railway station and shopping center, the property is a good value to stay in Poprad. Clean but communist style room with nice view and well equipped bathroom was all we needed that time. Not for honeymoon but to spend a night it is the right object.

They were friendly, professional and had no problem giving us a very nice room at a very reasonable price. They recommended a really good restaurant within about a 10 minute walk and our stay was nothing short of fantastic. In our 2 1/2 month holiday through Europe, this is the only review that I have done so far for booking.com. We liked it that much!

Review 48：Very rude housekeeping. While I was taking shover she kept knocking on my bathroom door that she has to clean up, however I said to her not now she refused it as she have other stuff to do. Hotel supposed to have free wifi which wasn't true. It worked only around reception plus it didn't work for iPhones so I couldn't use it. It was double room however instead of double bed there was 2 single beds pushed together. Me and my partner found very uncomfortable for couple. I won't definitely come back. Unpleasant experience
