Reviews for Barossa Valley Apartments
Review 1:Due to public holiday no staff available when checking in. Only form of communication was a text with where to find property which caused some confusion
Review 2:No washing machine in unit - laundry with 1 washing machine & 1 dryer available for all units - would have expected better for quality of unit Pillows were terrible Grossly overpriced - while excellent accommodation, rate per night was grossly inflated, even for peak period.
Review 3:Very salubrious and comfortable accommodation - quite new & very good quality Coffee machine was a nice touch
Review 4:Nothing
Review 5:Excellent apartment had everything we needed! Very clean with a wonderful spa. Conveniently located in the centre of the Borossa Valley. Pool was lovely with a BBQ & everything. We enjoyed our stay very much can't wait to return.
Review 6:We loved the air conditioning in each room for the cold nights, and the lovely touches with tea, coffee, milk and biscuits provided. It was so comfortable and would be excellent value for 2 couples
Review 7:One of the bedrooms did not have a wardrobe for hanging clothes. Also the washing/drying room attached to the house did not have any lights working during our stay, so we had to use torches!
Review 8:Group of 4 adults in a spacious unit. We stayed in the modern apartments at the back of the lovely historic house. Generally good facilities provided. Good base for exploring the area.
Review 9:We don't have a bad word to say about this place, it was absolutely perfect in every way.
Review 10:We loved everything about this place. It was central to all the Barossa's attractions, immaculately clean, very modern and exceptionally comfortable. The facilities were amazing: including a spa, double shower, heated towel racks, coffee maker, dishwasher, big fridge, full kitchen, 2 televisions (1 in the bedroom), balcony area (we were in one of the upstairs apartments) and even access to a pool! What else could you possibly want?!? And we got it all for quite a good price :D!
Review 11:The twin bed made into a king in the back room was hard as rock. The water flow is poor, so it took an age to fill the spa. I can't believe we didn't get wifi at all because others had booked the only 2 portable units. Crazy. There is an expectation now that apartments in this price range should come with free wifi.
Review 12:Great lounge! So comfy. Air con was efficient, & I loved being able to adjust each room:) The corner spa was lovely once it was filled! The queen bed in the front room was comfy
Review 13:nothing except having to go home
Review 14:what couldnt u like backyard kitchen spa 2 bathrooms carparking even espresso maker it would be the best place ive stayed
Review 15:I would have to say that the TV was in a very weird spot, really high up and there were no spare blankets in the place either. Also would have liked to have had some lounge chairs in the pool area.
Review 16:The apartment was in great condition and such a good spot for a winery tour. Loved how modern and clean everything was! really enjoyed my stay here!
Review 17:This isn't a reasonable gripe but if you drive from melbourne overnight a chance of an early check in is limited. Enjoy the drive but dont expect to get in early, the cleaners are always busy and need time to prepare the apartment before 2pm.
Review 18:great accommodation, all in order. perfect place to enjoy a wine after an afternoon of tasting. We will book here again. Clean throughout, every utensil you would need to stay in or cook breakfast. climate control in every room. Been to Barossa a few times, this is our best stay.
Review 19:Only Thing That We Didn't Like Was The Mattress Was A Bit To Hard But This Depends On Your Preference
Review 20:Kitchen Finish And Appliances Were Spot On. Bathrooms Were Very Good
Review 21:The room had an unpleasant odour. It seemed to be coming from the bathroom with the spa, a smelly drain perhaps. It seemed to go away once we turned the air conditioner on.The bed wasn't very comfortable rather firm.
Review 22:Good location away from traffic noise.
Review 23:n/a - everything was great!
Review 24:We stayed in March 2014, and our apartment was perfect for 2 couples - 2 bedrooms each with ensuite, and a lovely lounge/dining area and outdoor balcony to all hang out together. The apartment was modern and clean. Convenient walking distance to the fabulous 1918 Bistro & Grill restaurant. I'd stay again.
Review 25:Very well appointed apartment. Particularly impressed with the good supply of tea/coffee/milk etc that covered us for the time we would be there. The biscuits were a great touch.
