Review 1：Pushy to get tips and reviews and for us to have diner there. Not the best location although quiet.

Review 6：The place is beautiful, only 7 rooms and décor is based on movies themes that were filmed in the area ( Cleopatra, Gladiator, etc.). It was a Ramadan and a relatively slow period for tourist so we had the place to ourselves and had a delicious dinner at the inn in our own "private dining room" which was a experience to remember. Since there was only one other guest staying that night, Hassan gave us a tour of all the suites which were all decorated differently and we took a bunch of photos of the entire facility, a unique opportunity for sure. Breakfast was by the pool the next morning and a very nice. The final touch was as we were checking out and our car had been parked in the courtyard by the inn, I noticed they had washed our dusty, dirty car that morning and it was spotless. That was a gesture that I remember well and was very much appreciated. Hassan, Ali and the staff are very friendly and accommodating and speak very good English. If you're in Ourazazate this is the place to stay.

Review 7：The gladiator suite was brilliant. Swimming pool. Albert made this hotel special, really taking the time to make us feel very welcome. A real character.

Review 8：Breakfast was a bit disappointing (no fresh fruit, eggs or decent cheese). Drinks are expensive. WiFi didn't work reliably in our room but was fine in the public areas.

Review 10：Whatever you ask for, first replay is if it is included or if you have to pay extra. What seemed a bit odd. In such a place for this price I expact eg a cappuchino for breakfast to be included. Also, there was not enough staff taking care of breakfast. One peron on it's own was completely overloaded. Firstly we waited very long till we got something, secondly ingredients came over a timeframe of 1.5 hours (10 min wait, orange juce was served, 10 min wait, coffee was served, 10 min wait wait, bread was brought, 10 min wait, jam arrived...) and after the 1.5 hours we were finally asked how we want our eggs! Staff was very very friendly. But place is far to expensive for this service.

Review 13：Exquisite attention to details in the recreation of the movies' atmospheres. Let your imagination go free, let your mind wander then you ll be able to fully appreciate the creativity the owners put into the conception of this out of the ordinary hotel. The cooking is delicious (the beef is delicately tender, the fish meunière exquisite). The deep fried entries somewhat less successful though. The kindness and discretion of all the staff.

Review 14：On arrival we were greeted by Albert the Proprietor who is an absolutely lovely man full of knowledge and great conversations. We were lead to the Tibetan themed room was very elegant with attention to detail for the guest experience obvious in every way. The local dishes served in the restaurant were absolutely delicious!

Review 15：Expensive, and a bit phoney. The host charms the guests into joining him for drinks before dinner, but it all turns up on the bill. Dinner was much the most expensive we had in a series of nights in riads, but not the best (a vegetable soup, rather like Scotch Broth, which could quite possibly have come out of a tin). There is only inside parking for two cars.

Review 16：It's very comfortable, if a bit over the top in décor, and the various rooms are amusing. Effusively charming host greets you with delicious mint tea and biscuits. The staff were very nice. Wifi was good.

Review 17：Great hotel to spend time and take a break. Quiet location. The manager, Ibrahim and Ali, his assistant were very friendly and nice, and looked after us very well. We felt taken care with a sense of relaxed homeliness. Ibrahim is very knowledegable about the local amenities and anv very helpul if you are planning an itiniary for your stay. All in all a very enjoyable experience. we will be back.

Review 26：It is the 1st time I give the maximum note to an hotel: everything was perfect. The staff is always present to help you in whatever you need, making sure to respect your privacy in the same time. A must to go if you want to spend some time in Ouarzazate. The attention given of the designof every room, all the small details who make the differenece, the kindness of the staff, the location in a quite area just next door from all activities, everything is in place to make you enjoy your stay.

Review 27：It was a nice place. They were very nice and warm people. The guy at the rereception was soo kind and helpful. The breakfast that we had on our terace was so good and delicious. After our check out we noticed that they cleaned our car because the other they we were at the oases and it was very dusty. We thank for everything! Love Suzana and Sebastijan

Review 29：The hotel / riad was a comfortable stay for us as we stopped in Quarzazate on our way further south into the desert. Breakfast was good. Staff friendly. They washed our car -- twice!

Review 30：Stayed in the Shehrazad room which was well-decorated, extremely clean and comfortable. AC worked great, which made a huge difference because the heat in Ouarzazate was oppressive. While some have complained about the Vegas feel, my wife and I found the new and luxurious accommodations to be a welcome respite from the other riads we stayed at. Breakfast poolside was also a nice touch.

I ve stayed in many riads most of them muchless expensive and the location ambience and level os service was muchbetter. Not a good value for your money you have plenty of other optionswith a better location and rate.
