Review 1：but when we check in to our room, the clock is not right 2hours advance and cant figure out how to fix it. A little bit dusty but i guess its normal not to have zero dust. But overall im happy with our stay

Review 3：Parking was not great, I did not want to utilize the covered part, did not know where access was to the hotel, part of it was flagged off, concerned about security.

Review 4：I thought I read there was a complimentary breakfast..... there wasn't and the food at the hotel restaurant was pricey for the quality received.

Review 6：The room smelled like smoke and I told one of the employees, she offered a humidifier but didn't bring one up and I wasn't offered to switch rooms. She didn't make a note on my file either so I had to tell a different employee when I was checking out. She ended up giving me a discount.

Review 10：Property seemed like it was ancient. I had a huge HVAC system right in front of my window which did not let me sleep in the nights. I could hear the person next door taking shower or flushing like I was that person. Water from the AC upstairs dripped on my AC all night and made huge sound because of the distance and the thin metal it fell on. Shower lever was broken and dangling, it was a struggle to open, adjust temperature and then shut off Plus a few more issues that I can add on.

Review 12：Executive Kinf Suite- one sink in the bathroom, no mirror in thebedroom, not a full set of cutlery/dishes( 1 spoon, 3 knives, 1bowl, 2 plates). This was corrected when advised. Housekeeping missedour room for a full day on a 3 night stay. Took a while for hot waterflow from the bathroom sink. Electric plug in bathroom is located rightover sink-awkward.

Review 13：Great location, but then again anywhere you go in gp is only 10 minsaway. Tons of parking with the Prairie Mall's parking lot adjacentto hotel's parking lot.VERY Friendly staff. Clean. Stayed on 5thfloor and was relatively quiet. Bathrooms on main floor are lovely.Exercise facility fine.

Review 14：We were booked in a king suite for 3 nights, Had to wait for our room, they advertise a 3 pm checking, we did show up at 2 but it was almost 5 pm till the room was ready, ended up just sitting in the lobby, staff didn't seem to care, had to ask for a comp drink while we waited, rooms may be nice but we won't be staying there again, and pool area is just average, nothing special, and it seems expensive.

Review 18：Well the one reason we picked this hotel was it had a pool. it was Shallow enough that I didn't have to hold my 3 year old the whole time.

Review 19：My $250 a night suite had 1 broken window that the wind whistled through, the other window was so dirty you couldn't see out of it, daily maid service was poor...coffee refills all decaf, no clean sheets just made the bed, first night no toilet paper, and the welcome letter was for another guest. The hotel staff were not helpful or friendly.

Review 20：The staff at the office restaurant and the lounge were very good, food excellent, and friendly atmosphere. Great location, nice pool.

Review 21：The pool area was very slippery, we were disappointed that the continental breakfast wasn't included, it would have been nice to use my debit card for the pre-authorization since we were here because our dog needed vet help and we didn't have much left on our credit card so we had to phone someone else. Usually when we have had to do that in the past, the hotel lets us do that without an issue.

Review 23：Had a terrible sleep. Other patrons were very noisy right until 2am, felt there should have been security that noticed this on tours, and then at 4am the snow plows started cleaning the mall parking lot right outside my window and the backup beeping was more than irritating.

Review 25：The dirty black facecloths in my room and when using the pool facilities there was a lot of dirt and grim around the hot tub along with ample amounts of pubic hair looks as though it was not cleaned in months and the pool was so dirty, the steam room didn't even work. Than entering the washrooms of the pool facility there was fecisies left in the toilet and no toilet paper. If this is a 4 star hotel and wanting to charge a lot of money for a room than it should be up to par. Was not impressed.

Review 27：The "ladies only" floor is definitely what sets this hotel apart from others. It was secure, and had a few extra features that are nice for a weary traveller.

Review 28：Didn't have my reservation when I got there for whatever reason. Had to get a room which cost me 60 dollars more. The door to the room was terrible. jammed when opening and basically had to slam it shut. Bedside light did not work. No alarm clock in room. Only clock was the micro-wave. Bathroom floor was very sticky. Biggest complaint was the reservation not there.

Review 30：The heater in our room did not work. I called the front desk and they told me that I has to turn the fan to medium not high, this would fix everything. Did not work. Froze the whole night

Review 31：Didn't stay long enough to use all amenities. Also, would have been nice if outside area between sheltered parking and back entrance door was covered as well. Had to walk through snow for about 30 feet. Not that big of a deal, but it would have been nice not to get snow on luggage.

Review 35：The internet connection was poor and I had a hard time staying connected to the internet. The front desk staff couldn't find my reservation and told me that they were full and that I would have to look elsewhere. After reasserting that I had booked online and showing the online booking they were able to coincidentally find a room for me that just so happened to be the one that I had booked. Even though this was a bit frustrating, my stay was great otherwise.

Review 36：There was a ladies lounge on the floor offering a cheeseboard that evening and fresh fruit in the morning as well as an array of fruit and granola bars to take with you. The gym on the floor was small but adequate and very clean. The bed was comfortable and the room was decorated beautifully. The food from "The Office" was delicious and a good price. I loved my stay on the ladies only floor.

Review 37：The parkade was dark and dirty and the guest part of the hotel was inaccessible from the parkade. There are two wings to this hotel and the longterm wing appeared old and dirty.

Review 114：We chose to eat in the restaurant the first evening, after working a long day at the R.B.Auction. Have to say the food was fabulous! The waiter was excellent and the room was pleasant and clean. We were so surprised and pleased. We have stayed at other similar hotels and found the food, waiters and ambience less than good. Nice to see high quality and cleanliness still exists. Due to health issues I cannot eat raw meat, eggs, and was totally accommodated. The Chef must be a keeper!

Review 116：Somehow I booked a king suit with pull out couch for 4 online but when I got their we only had a king bed with kitchenette. The staff were accommodating and got us 2 cots no charge. Just frustrated tgat the mix up happened writhed it was bookings mistake or pomeroys?? I don't know???

Review 117：No breakfast, breakfast on the lounge took almost an hour to be served, the curtains do not quite close so you get up to brightness at 5am, staff do not have info to guests when (false) fire alarm came on ---they should have a staff to inform guests

Review 121：I booked for a one bedroom King suit. However, upon arrival they told me that they sold out of suit and only have one standard queen room. I had my wife and two young kids with me and the temperature was -30 C the whole week. How did they expect my family stay in a room without even a couch. Very disappointed and make sure if you book through internet site call the hotel after to make sure they are not oversold.
