Review 1：The rooms could have been properly cleaned daily- not enough choices with food for a fussy eater although I believe it had been better the week before.

Review 2：Location was fantastic, right on beach and felt very safe and private. The attentiveness of staff and the promptness of clearing up improved throughout the week to become very good.

Review 7：Basically, as a new hotel many staff are young and inexperienced, though work very long hours for very little pay. The list of rediculous mistakes and oversights are too many to mention, yet forgiveable, given that the management do not appear to lead, train or give any direction to a young workforce who are overwhelmed, yet are chastized, publicly! The communal areas are often inadequate to accommodate the number of guests.

Review 8：The hotel is super, and the location is fantastic, being just a short walk from Icmeler(via the beach walkway) and Marmaris-buses stop outside, are cheap and frequent. The hotel is right on the beach with fantastic views. My room was very comfortable and I appreciated the coffee/tea tray and the free mini bar. The bathroom was also lovely with plenty hot water and complimentary shower accessories. The food is SUPERB with lots of international dishes, yet for me could be hotter

Review 11：Am feeling terribly sad about the hotel and the provided booking information ! When we arrive the let us wait for a very long time, and when they give us the room i was shocked. The room in the third floor and all the elevators under constructions, which is a problem for me because I have a a baby with stroller!! Although I sent them a confirmation e-mail about the baby cot , they told me that we don't have any for now!! Also the room is not that I've been chosen! When i show them the room the manager told me that the room (picture) and title are not identical and fake!! He told me "this is booking problem". The manager made a good step and gave us another room, but the air-condition is not working.!!! Then after a long time of waiting they gave us a good room, but the keys are not working! The worst experience I've ever had with a hotel! The whole staff are new they lace of experience and information! Even the porter, who have our luggages, did not know where is the room is located!!!!! Am still in a shock! staff is lack of good customer service and experience. They don't know the places, room number. In addition the hotel is not finished yet, the constructions every where, workers, builders, electrician are Every where. I don't feel secure in this hotel. Even the manager he lost his master keys!!! Moreover it's too noisy! The DJ starts on a very early morning! It's the most worst experience I have ever been!

Review 12：It's so sad that there can even exist staff like this in a hotel with 5 stars. I never saw this in my life. I'm travelling all the time and I have been in all kind of hotels and I've never seen this before. I won't lose time with writing this because they don't deserve any words of mine. I will just advice you not to go to this hotel. It looks really nice on outside but in reality... I will just tell you few things... really few cause I don't have time. We had to change 3 rooms (toilet didn't flush, 2nd smell was terrible, electricity didn't work), but this can happen to new hotels. So this was not the problem for us. But people that are working there don't have manners. For a hotel like this is terrible and no one speaks fluent english... just amazing :) can happen just in Turkey. You will always wait at all your meals to order your drinks... waiters are just standing and doing nothing... It's just tooo many things. And if you seat in reception you can just watch people coming and complaining all the time (about food, accommodation, staff,...) I wouldn't recommend this hotel to you. Also for the end... We paid our accommodation last day and when we went with taxi in Marmaris to get our transfer back home they came after us like we are some criminals... They were saying. You didn't pay everything. It's not my fault that they didn't charge everything. So we were paying also one more bill with some strange people on the street. I had to pay also 3 times in the hotel because they have some kind of limit on their machines... hotel with 5 star... laugh :) Just pick some other hotel, maybe also with less stars and you will get better. And I've been in Hilton, Kempinski, Crowne Plaza,.... and they try to compare :))) This hotel will be quickly 4 or maybe even 3 star hotel.
