Review 1：The restaurant was a bit of a fail. Average food for the price much above average. Prices similar to Kiepura restaurant in Czarny Potok Hotel (just a few kilometers away) but that restaurant is on a completely different level.

Menu from chef is must try. They prepare perfect espresso. Hotel stuff is very proffesional and pleasant. This is the best hotel in Krynica!

Review 9：A fundamental basic of 4* hotel is surely supply shower gel and body lotion. Wasn't there. Only soap and shampoo. We called the reception and within 5 minutes we received it all so thanks.

Review 10：Some design fails: too many doors (3 in my case) I had to pass on the way through corridor to elevator, poor lighting in my room. Poor wi-fi coverage in the room (the last one in corridor but it cannot be an excuse), had to go to public areas to surf the internet. Quite pricey (140 EUR per night) for what they offer, usually you expect a bit more for this money (at least glasses in bathroom instead of unstable plastic beakers, shower cap, body lotion, cotton pads and sticks which were missing). On pictures the hotel looks on 140 EUR but in realty rooms don't look so, definitely not so fancy as you may expect for their price, especially compared to hotels in Warsaw and Krakow, where I got used to more comfort for much lower prices. Ventilation in breakfast room shall be more efficient so that the guests clothes dont not smell of food after breakfast.

Review 28：The bar beside reception was permanently closed, so if you wanted to sitin the lobby or courtyard with a drink or coffee,you had to go down onefloor to the restaurant kitchen to get it yourself. I would haveexpected waiter service in a hotel like this or a bar. The hotelinformation book in the room was in Polish only.The heavy, self-closingdoor in the bathroom was noisy and shook the whole room when iteventually closed.No bathroom shelf. There was not even a pen or pieceof writing paper in the room. The Wi-Fi connection was not good on thefirst day and the second day was almost impossible. I informed one girlon reception and was told they were working on it. Luckily the cheerfuland helpful young guy on the next shift had the brains to give me aninternet cable to plug directly into the room. Check-in time of 4pm wasridiculous. Never seen this anywhere else in the world. So theydon't want you in until 4pm but want you out by 11am - Scandalous !Dinner in the restaurant was almost cold. No bread. After the maincourse I was pretty much ignored while the dishes were still left on mytable. I was not asked if I wanted dessert or coffee even after 15 minsof finishing the main course so I asked for the bill and left. Lucky Igot a bargain for a single room. Main reason for staying here.

Review 30：A minor point: accessing the hotel by car requires, technically, driving through a pedestrian zone. There is only a small sign directing to the hotel, and while the "No entry" sign is accompanied by a long list of exceptions (in Polish) probably allowing guests of the hotel, it remains somewhat intimidating to the non-speaker.
