Review 1：Very quiet at night, not much to do nearby. The resort is in need of a few upgrades, but overall nice.

Review 2：It is on a beautiful and clean beach, ocean view rooms are awesome! Big grocery store one block away and bus stop right out front.

Review 3：Great staff! The pool is great! It's not the fanciest place but it was a great value for the money. We were looking for something clean, reasonable, and comfortable. Krystal fulfilled all of these expectations! We did not do all-inclusive and are glad. The food wasn't horrible, but we preferred to eat at local establishments for a lot less money.

Review 4：First, administrative staff do not accept lots of dollars because this had some mark. Second, in the room, air condition made too much noise and do not have hot water. The room was very old. The pillows were like stones, etc., etc.

Review 5：First room they put us in was unacceptable. It was dark, dingy, dated, rusted mirror and had a horrible permeating smell. We asked to be moved, had to insist, and they moved us to a villa after trying one more similar room first. Price, however, was fantastic. Pool and beach were nice, too.

Review 19：The hotel manager did not offer a cordial treatment to national tourists. It was evident to us that he prefered to deal with foreigners rather than Mexicans. The manager needs to avoid giving this impression otherwise the hotel can lose many guests,, such as us. On the other hand, sand beach was clean but some of the outside tables were full of trash.

Review 20：The bar service, waitresses and waiters. Food was also very good. Moises and Carlota were really nice to us. Thank you guys!

Review 21：The resort is in disrepair, fountains not operational, cold showers, mold on walls. Service was slow, food served cold. No swim up bar, hot tubs didn't work or were not warm.
