Review 1：The Italian restaurant looked a lot more appealing than the main restaurant, which is why we chose that. There is a third option as well in the hotel (the Maison Arabe) if you don't like Italian. There seemed to be relatively few other options within a 10 minute walk of the hotel which is why we stayed in.
Review 2：This is a very comfortable stopover option if you are about to head out to Zagora and the desert and want to indulge in a bit of luxury before you go. It is pricey but this is a proper 5 star hotel and is worth the splurge in my view. We booked a standard room and were upgraded which,if the hotel is quiet, probably happens a lot (they have a lot of rooms). So in fact for us the room turned out to be good value! We ate in the Italian restaurant and enjoyed cocktails in the bar beforehand, sitting in front of a roaring fire and being entertained with live music. So it turned out to be a very good choice.
Review 3：For a quality hotel some details not followed like replacing products in toilets. The wifi was only fair at best. One staff member was very abrupt each time we spoke to her. The Resturant food was good but could have been better - only one open when we were there.
