Review 1：Some members of staff in restaurant were not as quick/not paying as much attention as others.

Review 2：The breakfast was amazing - everything you could wish for, we stayed in apartment and had huge bathroom and super comfy Hastens bed, the spa is very pretty, there are big playgrounds for kinds both inside and out.

Review 3：We had a fantastic time at Dr Irena Eris hotel - the staff, food, location were perfect. My 80-year old mother has walking difficulties and all her needs were catered for. The staff were very kind, always smiling, always keen to help. Hope to come back to this hotel with my family again.

Review 4：Everything! Staff helpful and friendly, excellent spa facilities, rooms, cuisine and massage. Hard to leave. Prices probably a little high by Polish standards but great deal for British travellers. I could not recommend this more highly.

Review 7：The much expensive restaurant overpriced especially when compared to conventional prices here. There is non sufficient number of parking slots. You should take into account the distance from the city.

Review 8：Spacious room. Excellent view on surround hills and forest. The large Spa with big pool and all you need for treatment and relaxation. You may use it from 7:00 until 22:00. The hotel is 6 km away from the city in the forest.

Review 18：A minor point only. There was a small library area, a bar area and some seats in the reception area, and a relaxation room inside the spa area but no lounge with comfortable chairs to relax in when the weather was poor.

Review 22：Strange policy of not reproving guests who make a lot of noise, mainly families. Children running through corridors in the evenings screaming. Unacceptable even for us who have small children. I have never seen any hotel like that. It has to be changed if the hotel wants to keep guests who want to get relaxed not annoyed.
