Review 1：Two lamps were broken in the room. They offered to change our room, but we've decided to keep the first one.
Review 2：This was the second time when we stayed at this hotel. The room is big, also the bathroom and the breakfast is delicious.
Review 3：First of all the bath room was dirty. It was uncleaned. Drain at the shower wasn't working at all (it was filled by a lot women's hair and it was very dirty there...) There were no toiletries at all! But in the room description is stated that there should be some WiFi was working very bad And breakfast - very poor and flies in the container with the cheese... The overall impression is that the management of the hotel is trying to save money on every single item (from toiletries to breakfast) And in my opinion it is greatly overpriced and overrated It is not 3-star but 2-star maximum It was the worst hotel from all my euro-trips

Review 13：Very helpful and friendly staff. We had a late check-in and very early check-out at 6am, but they managed to prepare a breakfast to go for us. This was a wonderful start of the day! I stayed in Grein three times so far and every time I'm pleased with the quality of service they provide. Nice work ladies and gentlemen!

Review 56：We had a room on the first floor. The guests above us were walking quitea lot and it was really laud. I guess the hotel would benefit from sound-proofing the rooms.We were also quite disappointed with the breakfast especially after such great reviews of others. The food was nearly finished and no one cared to replace it. We even had to ask for plates and forks.
