Review 1：If I have to find something then the wifi could be better but works most of the time

Review 3：Breakfast cold at 8.15 because the hot plates off. Decor a little tired. No water, fridge, coffee etc in room. Not enough toiletries. Maybe needs a good manager to bring all up to standard. All in all should be better.

Review 12：I found the best internet connection downstairs by the poo and bar. Upstairs on the 4th floor was a great view and quiet, but I found the interned lagged and dropped due to poorer router connection. I was not there to surf the web so no big deal.
Review 13：Great pool, very warm. Great view of Vitosha and eastern Sofia. Very close to the airport (6 Km). The room was big and opened up to fresh breeze. Close to transportation and very helpful staff. PLUS I was very pleasantly suprised by the food next door at the restaurant. I had a great chicken and prosciutto risotto, really well made!

Review 15：The swimming pool was amazing, the room really comfortable, the breakfast rich. The stuff was polite. The city center was about 6 klm but the road by car is good and you can see the mall and some nice buildings. I would recomment it with no doubt to everyone.

Review 26：We stayed at the Hotel Montecito for one night in early November. We have stayed at this hotel numerous times and have never been disappointed. The rooms have been through a recent refurbishing and are more luxurious than ever! The rooms are large, the beds are comfortable, and the bathrooms are fabulous, with plenty of hot water. And, for the first time, we had wi-fi in the room.We were traveling with another couple who had never before stayed at the hotel, and they were amazed at the great value the hotel provides. We had an early flight out, so we were unable to take advantage of the buffet breakfast, but we know from past experience that the breakfasts are excellent, including almost every kind of food one could wish for. The taxi arrived right on time in the wee hours of the morning for the 10-minute drive to the airport. As always, we give the Hotel Montecito a 10 of 10!
Review 27：The breakfast was horrible, the food was very fat, the only eatable thing was yogurt. The location is far from the metro station. Not all the staff members are friendly and professional. The reception guy said that the only available transport from the hotel was taxi, although there is a public bus stop nearby.

Review 60：The front desk personal was very rude. They coudn't find myreservation at first looking attheir systems and basically told me thatI don't have a reservation. I told them I have made a reservationvia Booking.com and showed them my copy of the reservation, after whichthey looked into some paper printed files and found my reservation. Noappologies from their side for not being able to find my reservation onthe firt place. I also have booked two rooms together, I was travellingwith another couple and have requested to have the two rooms close toone another. We received two rooms on different floores. I asked ifthere is a posibility to be put atleast on the same floore. The answerwas no. The front desk personal didn't event look in their system tosee if there are another room available. The hotel also offers a kidsplay-zone and when I ask the front desk where is the kids zone, theytold me it was closed and will not be open during my stay. I was verysurprices by the always customer servise at the front desk. This is mythird time staying at this hotel, but it will be my last one.

Review 62：Not a good hotel. They didn't accept credit cards although they were supposed to and they asked for more euros than the booking price. We had to ask for toilet paper. The breakfast was a disaster. Very poor and we had to ask for milk or coffee. Noone noticed that the machines were empty. Never again there.

Review 72：The late night & early morning staff were dreadful! The girl who met us at 4pm was lovely, very helpful & pleasant. When we went for breakfast the lady there was abrupt, rude, very unhelpful & impatient...and there was a teeny cockroach on the buffet table, which was swiftly removed.

Review 76：It is the staff that let this Hotel down . From the attitude of the reception staff to the woman in the restaurant. The room that we were given was dirty and had not been cleaned after the previous guests had left it. When I requested another room I was abruptly told by the girl on reception to follow the housekeeper and she will clean it. We were eventually given another room but this had a dirty stained quilt on the bed and half empty bottles of drink in the fridge. The breakfast was terrible and the restaurant food was no better served by very rude staff. If you do eat outside make sure you eat it quickly before the flys get it. In all fairness the rooms are not bad for a budget Hotel but if it was not for the swimming pool which was great, especially in the hot weather I would not have booked this Hotel.
Review 77：We were very disappointed about the expensive food at restaurant andthe food we recieved. The dishes costs about 20-30 leva per person andwe recieved frozen potatoes and the meat almost just fat. So I'llrecommend to do what we did - take a taxi for around 2-3 leva and go tothe city where there are many restaurants which offer food for around 7leva per person
