Review 1：No patio as suggested, it was you car park space with two plastic chairs on it. Furniture old and grubby, not allowed to cook certain foods in room because of odour! That is why I booked a room with kitchen so can cook in room instead of sharing and waiting with others. Poor communication with guy on house front about dog. Won't ever go back. Train track along edge with goods trains rumbling past at night, got woke up many times. :-(

Review 4：The convenience, the ease of checking in and out. The overwhelming acceptance of us travelling with two dogs and the owners / managers were happy to let us all stay :) with no fuss. The grounds were priced well for as it is a camping ground - but the room / cabin was very clean and comfortable.
Review 5：The pool was not heated like the Motueka one is, we were all so looking forward to swimming and were disappointed by this and the tired old playground. We paid nearly 200 for a night which was noisy from trains with track only 30m away, paper thin walls and tiny floor space. River was lovely nearby but otherwise was over priced for what is there.

Review 7：Park is right up against the main highway (noisy) with a difficult entrance/ exit onto the highway (poor visibility). Compared to other Top 10 parks, this is a relatively poor example.

Review 9：The only downfall was the noise of the main road traffic, even on a Sunday the traffic started at 6am.

Review 11：i booked a deluxe two bedroom apartment well in advance. Our booking confirmation stated a king size bed and single beds but we were given bunks. 2 elderly women. Place was full. Their booking form showed we had booked bunks. not true!

Review 13：This is the only place I stayed in that didn't have stuff to use in the kitchen [pots or pans, utensils etc]. It is right by the road so when the ferry unloaded at 1am and numerous trucks crossed the bridge 30 meters away, I was woken with noise and shaking from the trucks bouncing on bumps on the road. Worst night sleep ever.

Review 15：Added an extra night, confirmed by email but when got there they had cancelled my second night and were fully booked. Not impressed! Had to find further accommodation for the night they had canceled on us.
Review 16：I was not happy when I arrived as the booking that I had made through booking.com in July was not in their system and I ended up with the only spare room that they had at the camp. Disappointing.
Review 17：Train tracks running above meant trains going through all night. Incredibly thin walls meant neighbours t.v, arguements and banging on walls, the door and window sounded like it was in our room. Very very noisy, would never stay here again

One actually crashed into our car and marked the car. It wasclean except the rubbish bin was smelly and needed cleaning (we askedfor new bags for bin every day).

Review 55：Space in the cabin was good, not too cramped, and warm. Showers were nice and hot, and the amenity block was large so you didn't feel cramped. Easy walk to and from the railway station and good meal was had at the pub across the road.
Review 56：we were travelling with my elderly parents-in-law and the accomodation we booked (on-line)at the TOP 10 Holiday park wasn't suitable and we were able to change rooms with no hassle AND no extra cost. Very friendly, helpful staff that give great advice,i.e. the Dobson St Beer garden was terrific
