Review 1：Wonderful stay for a wine tasting tour. Quiet location and nice facilities, including pool, bar, restaurant, nice fitness room, and free laundry room! Nicely furnished and decorated rooms, modern baths. Loved it.

Review 12：Internet was unavailable for 2 of our 3 nights. Very limited television choice...CNN is ok if you are American. Coffee order was wrong...lattes and flat whites don't have cocoa powder sprinkled on top. Reception staff were little help in getting transport to Picton arranged.

Review 13：Front rooms get lot of noise from road. Also connecting doors not very thick & normal conversations can be heard through them. Just did not get the feel this was a genuine 4-5* hotel.

Review 18：1st Class hotel from the reception team to the dining room team. Well appointed, comfortable room spotlessly clean with all facilities readily available. Good location for touring the region and reception team very helpful booking us a wineries tour at short notice. Nothing was too much trouble. We ate in the restaurant 2 nights and the food and service was great. Would certainly stay again and will recommend to family and friends

Review 30：Loved dining at your in-house restaurant Quench Cafe and Wine Bar. Food was excellent! Loved that our room was so well appointed and spotlessly clean and we had a view of much loved Seymour Square from our balcony.The staff were friendly and helpful.

Review 40：The breakfast was included - not very good value as you had to pay extra for a cooked breakfast. Plus we arrived one day at 9.55 and were told the breakfast would be cleared way at 10.02! Breakfast was up till 10 am it was true but felt this was unpleasant and excessive. The swimming pool was not heated and freezing although mid-summer!

Windows overlook street where tons of wine estate workers hang out ( a short walk in neighbourhood ended prematurely as area is run down and not nice ). Wifi is poor. Found a comb under an armchair. Overpriced and overhyped for what it is so was disappointed ( we were there on Xmas eve). Its just a bit more upmarket motel. Definitely not 5*

Review 59：Probably best place to stay around the area beside wine estates. Suite was very spacious. Facilities inside suite were good ( used laundry machine). Staff was super friendly.

Review 60：The staff seemed a bit stressed. I did not appreciate receiving an email demanding that I confirm my booking a couple days prior. As we were traveling through rural areas with patchy internet reception, I was lucky to have received the email.

Review 65：Staff providede all the support travellers me.ed to book and enjoy the numerous activities available in Queenstown. Because of weather variability we were advised to delay making arrangements to our arrival. With the staffs help everything worked out well.

Being given a cup of hot water and a tea bag when the menu said loose tea for green tea. I would have expected a tea pot at least.

Review 87：From start to finish our stay of 2 nights was wonderful. We flew in from Perth, West Australia and despite being early for checkin our room was available. The weather was extremely cold, but our room was comfortable and cosy. My husband played a round of golf and we dined in the restaurant on our first night. Staff in all areas were welcoming and very friendly at all times. This resort is highly recommended.
