Review 1：The room was dirty and after complaining to the front desk nothing was done . No discount nothing if your gonna charge high rates for your rooms they should be spotless. There was really gross stuff on the walls and mic was full of dried food terrible

Review 3：Elevator didn't work TV didn't work mold in washroom holes in walls lamps were barely holding together. Had a wake up call set for nine but house keeping is knocking on the door by eight. I would've rather slept in my truck

Review 5：A workers hotel. Smell of petroleum was lingering. Elevator was not working which meant hauling everything to the 3d floor was a bit of a workout. Carpets in hall a bit worn & tired.

Review 23：The first room was not good. When we entered the room I could smell cigarette smell. When I looked around a bit I noticed cigarette burns on the carpet. I went directly down to the front desk and the staff was very quick to change my room for me and very apologetic. The next room was nice, but when I moved a chair over to the table it had mud under it and I had to put my socks back on. This left me feeling the room was not as clean as I first thought.

Review 30：Food served in the lounge was terrible. couldnt even cut the steak,let alone chew it.. With the room reshuffling, we had to settle for a non smoking room, when we had booked a smoking room almost a month in advance.

Review 31：The responsivenss of the front desk...When checking in to our first room, it only had one double bed, when we had booked a queen bed. they were quick to get us relocated into a more appropriate room. thanks ladies.

Review 32：Our breakfast was completely cold. There were cold eggs, hash browns, bacon and sausages. It was disgusting. And there was only enough food to put about a table spoon of food on your plate and the coffee was cold. The rooms were really run down and nothing like the website made it to look. I felt like for what I paid it was not going to meet up to my standards and I was right.

Review 33：I like that we had a place to sleep that night as there was a blizzard so bad that night that we didn't want to risk driving home. All the other places we were looking at staying were all booked. The staff were friendly. And I see they are working towards renovations.

Review 36：The quality of this hotel is what you'd expect from a $60/night hotel. I was extremely disappointed. It's old and run-down and extremely noisy. It sounded like the floor above me was going to cave in at any minute and when the people in the room above me woke up at 4:30am, I could hear every footstep and the water from their showers and toilet flushes. A sign in the lobby boasts new water heaters, but I had varying degrees of warm water while I was showering. The continental breakfast is lacking and the staff is tolerable. They asked me for all the information I'd entered when I booked online, and the room I reserved was not the room I got. When I asked for recommendations for places to eat, the only thing she could come up with was the McDonald's down the street.
