Review 1：What a beautiful garden and perfect location in between the nicest beaches, great view and for us the best food on the island.. The pool is very nice too but we didn't use it since the ocean is so nice..

Review 2：Rooms here are comfortable and very clean and decorated with some imagination. The tropical gardens all around are beautiful but there is only the odd glimpse of the sea (if that's what you're looking for). The hotel is a good few minutes walk from the nearest beach and restaurant area (up a steep hill on the way back) but very close to a little supermarket. Its location makes it easy to reach and enjoy both sides of the island and there is a spectacular viewpoint just across the road from the reception area. There was a reasonably good choice of food for breakfast but the eating area easily got crowded while we were there. The staff were helpful but seemed a bit overworked - it was high season.

Review 3：Fruit, toast and eggs for breakfast. Nothing to write home about. Away from the water, felt the price was too high for not having waterfront views. Wifi only worked on the porch. Hard bed.

Review 5：When we arrived we were offered a 2 bed villa instead of the 3 bed we had booked for 7 adults . We had to help move 2 of the beds down stairs to a dark unprepared basement room which was hastily cleaned but smelled of damp . The kitchen was a joke and the TV didn't apparently work, not sure as we didn't have one at all in our room.The cleaners always wanted to clean our rooms at about 4 pm when we were resting so not cleaned the 4 days we were there.

Review 6：A wonderful island and this is placed a short walk from two beautiful beaches.Lovely view from our rooms upstairs and the swimming pool was good and clean when we were there.Air conditioning worked well.Fridge in kitchen worked.No way to heat anything up otherwise.

Review 8：Room were clean and quite. Manager superfriendly, doing everything to made us having a nice stay. The resort is located between the two main beaches, easy reachable by bicyles which could be rent nearby. Nice quite pool for relaxing. The resort has a wide offer of DVD and games for late evening or night because Koh MaK is very quite after 10 pm. For all who dont care about a direct beach access, I would highly recommend this resort.

Review 9：The beautiful view from the hillside is a bit of a climb, especially after a few beers at the bars close to the beach.. ;) But the beautiful view on the bay and garden will compensate this for sure!

Review 10：We enjoyed a perfect 5 days at Koh Mak thanks to this great resort! The location gives you a choice between 2 beaches in the close vicinity which is a big plus. The beautifully maintained tropical garden is jaw dropping and the staff of this resort are the two reasons why we will certainly visit this resort in the future.

Review 11：There was some wildlife around the bungalow (ants, cockroaches, geckos...) we did not care. You must know were you are going, but may me you are not prepared for that.

Review 12：Our tropical bungalow was really nice and big. The owner gave us personal treatment, and in a small island is easy to spot him 3 or 4 times a day. I have never met a owner like that, amazing.

Review 43：Remember to ask Wifi code if you arrive late - the location is a little bit far from the beach so you can consider about that if you like to jump into the sea right after the breakfast.

Thismeans that you won't step out of your bed onto the beach but it hasthe advantage that all the corners of the island can be easily reached.The atmosphere on the island was very laid back and friendly. Tip: renta scooter for around 250 tbh a day.When we were there Suzanne was the manager who helped us with a lot of things including getting rid of an ant colony right in our bed! Suzanne was great, the houses were OK. The bigger houses are a big upgrade to the smaller ones. The breakfast was very nice.

Review 46：The beach flies and the lack of care at Good Time Resort. This is an astounding site but it is not looked after. The houses are beautiful on the outside and well furnished but plugs are hanging dangerously off the wall, mosquitoes net off the window, no shower curtain, no cutlery, like if no guest were expected and the swimming pool was not cleaned.

Speedboats (45-minute journey) and wooden boats (1.5-3 hour journey) depart several times daily from the mainland (Laem Ngop), Koh Chang (Bang Bao) and Koh Kood.The hotel offers free pick-up services from the piers on Koh Mak at 13:30, 15:00 and 17:00 hrs.
