Review 1：This hotel is a big labyrinth - the reception is located on the 3rd floor, then long corridor to 4star Mountan view hotel, by lift to 1st,2nd, 3rd floors according where you are accomodated. If you like to visit spa area long corridor back to reception and by another lift to 1st floor. To restaurant by another lift to the mezzanine. Probably architects didn´t contemplate about the project...

Review 2：There is great spa area with private pool and jacuzzi and big swimming pool, really great. Dinner and breakfast are served as cafeteria and meals are very tasty.

Review 3：Staff was very friendly, GREAT food (breakfast and dinner) and plenty of fun for the kids (1,4,5 years old). The location in the aqua park is fantastic! We stayed in 12 different hotels on our 14 day trip and this one is defiantly high on the list.

Review 4：Excellent, just awesome, we got there past midnight and they left dinner for us in the room, I've asked them few extra stuff because it was a surprise for my girlfriend and they did everything possible. It was a really nice experience, we'll be back for sure

We spent 2 hours trying to find Moutaun View Hotel and we were at Aqua City turn around Twice until on our last attempt when we used our GPS with the address and even than we had to get out and walk into the lobby to discover our Hotel. … we were not Happy at the time and there wasn't anyone at the desk where it said Mountain View Hotel

Review 14：Everything was great- nice large rooms - great pools- great view of the mountains- we are skiers.

Review 15：These people are charging top dollar for a sub standard service. We were only allowed 1 room key! staff on the whole are unable to smile! Not enough signs in English at aquacity. Aquacity rather dated. Only found two flumes to be indoors. The reason in my opinion it is so expensive is that they have a captive audience of slavic speakers who can't travel elsewhere because they can't speak English.

Review 24：Great location for visiting Aqua city Poprad, as hotel is a part of Aquapark. High Tatras is about 15 minutes by car. Very clean and comfortable rooms, good breakfast.

Review 25：No Wifi in rooms only in lobby. The access to the waterpark is a bit annoying, 2 elevators and some walk in the corridors. הגישה לפארק המים דורשת 2 מעליות ו"מבוך" במסדרונות. אין אינטרנט אלחוטי רק קוי בחדרים.

Review 26：The hotel provides unlimited access to the Water Park - including all pools (warm, 50m, etc.various sanuas) and laser show. while the park is not extreme water park for children, it provides a lot of attractions and fun. Breakfast is excellent and very good dinner! Rooms are big and lovely! המלון מספק גישה חופשית בחינם לפארק המים הכולל בריכה אולימפית לשחייה ומגוון בריכות חמות וסאונות מכל הסוגים, המון סוגי ג'קוזי וזרמים ומגלשות מים (לא אקסטרים) ומופע לייזר מרשים בלילה! ארוחת בוקר מצויינת וארוחת ערב טובה, ניתן לקבל קנקן מי ברז חינם בארוחה. חדרים גדולים ומרווחים ויפים!

At the end, I choose meal which my grandmother used to cook in small village many years ago. In my opinion, it is not worthy of money paid for hotel.

Review 60：If you arrive first you have to make a long trip to the reception. Few hondreds meters running threw corridors . then you finally and up in lift and has to go to 3rd floor.There is one recption for TWO hotels!! The girl behind the recption was pretty unfriendly and didnt explain nothing. To come to your room you have again walk few hondred meters . Dinner: You sitting in a room where you have a buffet. The food was terrible and different types was standing there already since hours !! So they was looking not nice anymore. Next morning breakfast was the same !! BUT best of all is, that CHECK OUT is at 10.00 !! And if you want to use the Aquabad , which was ofcourse the reason to go there , they unfriendly and arrogant receptionist will tell you , that you have to pay another 20 € per person to use it till 13.00 !! All in all you can say , if you wants to have a 4 star hotel and enjoy wellness and spa , stay AWAY here, because this is maximum level from a better hostel !!! for a way high price !
