Review 1：The personalized attention, the concierge availability, but especially the incredible variety of restaurants and the quality of food! This is an all inclusive where the staff is asking all the time how they may please you.

Review 2：Staff and customer service was horrible. Check-in process was the worst. Lastly we were told that the rooms available online at booking.com were not available. They only had rooms not listed on booking.com at rack rate prices :( can you say false advertising?

Review 4：daycare or kids club was 5 and up which was really difficult to eat dinner and go places/excursions. we had to pay babysitter at 17 dollars an hour

Review 14：Upon our arrival, it took them a while to check us in & we got impatient to get to our room & get settled. We'd requested a king bed & they had us in a double and it took them a while to figure things out, but ultimately they accommodated us. Also, on our first day, we grabbed lunch at Chakka at a late hour in the day & we had terrible service & the food was mediocre. It was a faint memory by the time we left because everything else was so fabulous. I'm only calling it out because I'd recommend to other guests to just eat lunch on the beach or at the pool or even at Bistro if you arrive & need a later lunch.

Review 15：We loved our week at Grand Velas in Riviera Maya. We went there for an escape without our children and it was perfect - it will be hard to stay anywhere else after that all-inclusive experience. The overall service was incredible - they really think of every possible guest need (even asking about food allergies proactively at each restaurant). The food was phenomenal. We loved every bite. Our room was spacious & luxurious. And we took advantage of the spa, which was a one-of-a-kind experience. And of course, the beach and pools were beautiful & the perfect daily retreat. Bottom line: We felt like royalty during our stay. We hope to go back again and may bring the kids next time.

Review 19：My stay there was an outstanding experience! It is the best pace I havestayed in Mexico, and I have been in mexico over 20 times at all-inclusives. Best friendliest staff, and the best food ever. Gourmet 6-star all the way wether it was breakfast, lunch, or dinner, or just asnack. All alcohol was high-end, not cheap well drinks. I compare myexperience to the Four Seasons and the Grand Wailea in Maui, Hawaii.The dollar value is much better at the Grand Velas, and air flight muchshorter to/from Texas! My new #1 place to visit. I left a nice letterin the room to the management about how great my experience was aswell! CHrisChris
