In the heart of Terschelling, next to the Brandaris lighthouse, is one of the island’s oldest hotels combining traditional hospitality with modern comforts.
This pleasant hotel has offered the visitors of Terschelling a bed and breakfast for over one and a half centuries. Originally named Amsterdam’s Koffijhuys and then Hotel Swart, the hotel took its current name in 1905. With so many years to perfect our formula, the entire hotel radiates a welcoming atmosphere and presents you with a number of places to relax.

Review 1：Hotel Nap offers comfort and facilities in a great location in the centre of West Terschelling. Wonderful bicycle facilities, nice beach pavilions, among which we likes the Walvis and Heartbreak Hotel best.
Review 2：Only negative is that the free WiFi was only available in the main building. Not a big deal for either of us as we both have dutch phones.
Review 3：We booked a twin room and were upgraded to an apartment (apparently due to our relatively late booking) so we each ended up with our own room, sink in addition to lounge, bathroom & kitchen. The hotel is within 5 mins walk of the port for easy access to the ferry. It is right in the middle of West-Terschelling, next to the lighthouse, so very central for restaurants, supermarket and bike hire.

Review 18：The wifi signals were not coming to our room. The heating in the room was very bad and we had to shift to another room during the night as it was too cold for us to survive on coffees. However the staff helped us in finding another room for that night. The hot water in the washroom and shower was also coming quite late, but eventually coming in sometime. It was a bit disturbing though.

Review 20：It is a very nice, simple, yet comfortable and clean hotel, and the staff is very friendly. The hotel is situated in a perfect spot for those who love to hike or bike in the countryside, yet want to have the facilities of the village nearby. Situated between harbour and lighthouse (as a matter of fact, it's next to the lighthouse, can't get nearer :-) it's actually a quite romantic place.

Review 23：No wifi in the room - it was a room in a separate bulding next to the hotel, at the other side of the sidestreet. When we asked if there was wifi in the room they told us there was but the signal could be weak so they advised us to go to the hotel's bar if we needed internet. The towels in the bathroom were not really clean. The balcony neither.
Review 24：We were given a very nice room with a balcony at the backside of the building facing the backyards of some houses around. Very quiete, in the morning you could hear birds singing. The sun goes down at the side where the window of the room is so the whole afternoon there was sunshine coming in and the temperature was perfect! Very romantic as well.

Review 26：I've just stayed one night, so it wouldn't be fair to give an opinion. You have to stay at least for a week or so to give a fair an honest opinion about the hotel.
