Review 1：The hotel was bit pricey for the quality of the room.

Review 5：Parking is very difficult. There are a few parking spaces provided by the hotel a short walk away,it could prove difficult in busy periods. Parking in the streets is not possible as you need special resident parking permits.

Review 7：Staff accepted reservation on booking.com but forgot to book the room in their system, No wifi password was provided and we where woken up by water falling in a pipe in a corner in our room, probably because someone was taking a shower in the room above. The door to the hallway isolates that bad that we had the impression it was wide open.

Review 11：We booked with my mother for a triple room as she is 91 years and has a wheelchair. We could not get the wheelchair to the room, and from then on we had to keep changing the rooms and my mum was in a room on her own not what we wanted. I put our needs on the booking form and I phoned the hotel before I booked.

Review 16：Nicely located right by a canal (and a short walk down the canal was theboat to Planckendael Zoo which was excellent). The hotel is alsoopposite an old city gate and a short walk from the old town.The staff were excellent, especially the night receptionist who checked us in and gave us lots of information.

Review 17：I arrived late at night and the hotel was closed, nevertheless they opened inmediately. Bathroom was a little bit small and the room at the arrival was not conditioned it was terribly hot.

Review 27：I was travelling with my young grandaughter and specifically booked a twin bedroom, However on arrival I was told that no twin bedrooms was available and only a room with a double bed was available. This I was very upset about seeing that I asked for a twin bedroom, it was embarrising to say the least.

Like in * * hotel while this claims to have * * * * There are also rooms on ground floor with windows directly towards noisy street. I would not like to sleep in any of these rooms.

Review 34：The hotel looks like family owned business and is part of Best Westernchain. Therefore it more cosy than standard hotel. A room was quitelarge however it was not possible to merge two single beds together

Review 35：The room #14 is on top of the bar so during the weekends you may hear alot of noise. This room is also located attached to the storage of theclean room service so the woman was already early in the morning makinga lot of noise as well. If you have plans to sleep more than 8:00amavoid this room. Internet is also a little bit expensive and could havean option of a week plan or something better than 24 hours.

The hotel has 2 different parking lots. There is one next to the canal 650 feet away that is free.
