Review 1：Wifi only in reception, everything a little jaded and tired-looking, peeling and crumbling. not helped by the overcast / pouring rain weather.

Review 4：You cannot find a better location, right on the beach, with a large balcony overlooking the sea. Air conditioning for the hot nights, sea breeze for the evening, super location.
Review 5：it is impossible to describe the poor facilities of the bathroom with broken taps and dirty baths objects. I spent at least 2 hours ro clean the bathroom but we couldnt fix the taps nor the pot or other. what to say about the bath bugs??? it is just sad to see that people doesnt care at all and no one is taking care of the basic maintenance of the hotel. despicable!

Review 7：After 3 days I had to look for the room maid to ask for towels change. Unsecure looking door lock. Bad organised breakfast buffet : they should put the buffet desks in the middle of the restaurant as people could get access by both parts of the desk instead of a long queue. To get efficiency I suggest to organise separate desks - one for vegetables an fruits and one separate desk for meat, eggs and cheese. No black or green tea. Breakfast time (8-9.30) is too short for many hotel guest - I was told about 400 people, thus the breakfast was quite chaotic.

Old, old, old, no shampoo, bathtube was painted to hide old colour, no airco, beds are at least my age (36), doors and windows are still from old wood, so any noise is easy to recognize, especially the kids at the pool in the morning. I was affraid to take breakfast there (extra cost of course). Payment by credit card of course, not possible, cash only, RON only. I paid 58 euro for one night, because I had no other choise but for this money you may consider to sleep in some real 3* hotels elswhere. Total mess, I do NOT reccomend this "hotel"

Review 55：Terrible value for money. Everything is bad at this hotel, the reception, the 50 years old elevators, the room which is a "masterpiece" especially the bathroom. We didn't know how to run faster from this hotel.

Review 60：The view is AMAZING - one of the best . The beach is right beneath the restaurant terraces and the hotel balconies, so you see pines and flowers and sand and waters. You get to see so much of the Black Sea and the coast. There are swallows in their own nests all along the balconies and ridges of the complex, nurturing their youngs and flying all day long. You get to see a lot of birds - seagulls, House Martin, etc - flying all day why relaxing in your balcony and enjoying the terrific view. It's quiet, with nice music (not too loud, not too long) and they really try to make it all nice and cozy. The restaurant has tables all along the terraces, so you can enjoy the sea from different angles at all meals. You get to see ships in the distance, gleaming in the night like fireflies, and all the coast from Costinesti to Jupiter. There are pines along the shores, and birch trees, and green grass and lots of flowers. The holiday place of my dreams...
Review 61：I can't even begin to describe the flaws of the hotel. It needs to be restored soon. It's 30 years behind. The bathrooms are awful, the furniture is old, and worse, there were spider webs in the room. Lots of them.

Review 71：- Not possible to pay by card, although it is advertised.- the breakfast selection got worse and worse through the week, after a while there was almost nothing to choose even at 8:30 (breakfast served between 7:30-9:30). You had to ask explicitely the staff for what you wished. At one day only bread and butter was available for "free choice". Coffee was either cold or not available on most days. - ate once at the hotel restaurant, and although the food was good, they mixed up what we ordered (for 3 persons!), e.g. brought potatoes instead of rice and didn't bring the advertised pickles... - there was an old and not so nice smell through the whole hotel (lobby, rooms). Probably the biggest annoyance together with the breakfast issue. - the rooms were vaacum-cleaned only if you asked so, otherwise only the garbage was removed. Towels were also changed only by request.. - the tiny TV was useless (I didn't care, but it is a fact) - the advertised swimming pool is STILL not usable (again, I don't care as I went to the sea, but it is false advertising)
Review 72：Good location, close to the beach. Good enough breakfast when you werelucky to have a choice. It is an old hotel, needs refurbishment, but weknew it upfront, as we stood in its sister Amfiteatru last year anddecided to give it a try. This was not better though, and apart of thebetter location (closer to sea, quieter) and wifi in the lobby and thebalcony, I'd say it was worse. The rooms are big enough, nice view,external hallway. Big fridge (not a minibar, and this is a plus here),useful for budget travellers. Price is good enough, but except of theview, it doesn't worth the extra compared to its neighbour hotel. I'drecommend the hotel only for those knowing what they should expect fromthe ex-luxury, now a 2 star Romanian hotel.
Review 73：Everything is very old but still functional. Not renovated in 30 yearsbut this can have it's own charm if you like it. The swimming pool wasnot working. A lot of construction sites nearby. A very quiet area withlittle activities going on late at night.
