Reviews for Kenzi Azghor

Review 1:Gloomy cold lounge area was the only place wifi worked. As solo traveller was given a room far away at the end of a corridor with a tree outside blocking the light.Asked to be moved.Rooms overpriced and not big so I assume your paying for the hotel's 'grandness'.

Review 2:Fine location on a hill with good views of the town and surrounding countryside.Just up the road from the CTM Bus station. Pleasant pool/terrace area.

Review 3:Noisy location near reception b/o tour groups. Chaotic breakfasts w/ slow replacement of food & coffee

Review 4:Comfortable, clean room w/ bath

Review 5:What I didn't like, when we asked for the easiest way to get to AitBen Haddou, we were not explained how we could get it, but thereceptionist introduced us to her 'friend' who happened to be aprivate tour operator. We had to negotiate our trip. I didn't expecthotel to do such thing, not asked specifically for organized tours.Breakfast was good but nothing too impressive Overall, the experience was OK but we would not stay there again as it seems to be hotel where big groups from organized tours are staying.

Review 6:We spent 2 nights in Kenzi Azghor mostly because of its location closeto Medina and cinema museum. There was a nice pool to spend few hours relaxing Value for money

Review 7:Location of the hotel & the lovely staff

Review 8:Staff was unwelcoming, hotel quality was average, breakfast quality was quite bad!

Review 9:Reasonably priced

Review 10:disinterested staff. They did not even want to sell us a dessert trip

Review 11:THE HALF BOARD WAS POOR

Review 12:good enough for one night stay. staff was really friendly

Review 13:Staff not very friendly, was given the cheapest and tattiest room, had to keep asking for towels for the room. Did not spend much time in hotel apart from using the swimming pool.

Review 14:The Swimming Pool and the view!

Review 15:Breakfast was a shocker. Stale bread and not much variety in choice.

Review 16:Located in the centre of town. Excellent pool and outside seating area. Close to centre plaza. Nice fruit basket on arrival. Room was fine for a night. Reception also organised a taxi to fint oasis.

Review 17:entrance hall/reception gloomy and cold, staff not really service driven

Review 18:Location downtown, nice pool with view, rooms ok., good restaurants nearby

Review 19:lumpy pillows- horrific. Asked them to be changed twice and still lumpy and hard. Bed solid too. Food terrible and make sure you get to breakfast at least 45mins before it closes as it runs out!

Review 20:Location was great. 5 min walk into the centre

Review 21:The food was terrible. In Morocco, this is an impressive achievement. The organization of the meals was completely chaotic.

Review 22:The hotel is relatively affordable. The location is easy to find, andthe view magnificent. The rooms are clean and the staff very friendlyand helpful.

Review 23:I got a brand-bottle of water filled with tab-water at the bar!Confronted with that, the stuff denied first in a bold way and then toldme that it is "normal". Trying to talk with the management wasblocked by the staff at the reception.

Review 24:I have been twice in a couple of days in this hotel rooms are very inequal maintenance of sanitary is very low for a 4 stars air con doesn't work in the room staff at the reception desk is not very attentioned

Review 25:I liked the swimming pool the location and beautiful view staff of bar and restaurant is correct it is a pity there are some desagrements because this hotel could be very nice

Review 26:The reception desk found it difficult changing money into Dirham and we opted to use one of the many banks in town. It wasn't a problem for us but if you arrived late Saturday you'd be lucky to change your money until Monday.

Review 27:The waiters were great, very child friendly and generally very helpful. The breakfast was super with a lot a choice, freshly made crepes and dougnuts dipped in sugar were a favourite for the kids. The pool was pretty cold in April but not too cold for the kids to gets in and enjoy it (they had the pool to themselves, adults didn't last long!) The grounds around the hotels were nice with a garden area and great views across Ouarzazate with the Atlas mountains in the distance. It's an easy walk into Ouarzazate to shop and eat.

Review 28:- Needs a fresh coat of paint.- The waiters need new jackets. What they are currently wearing are looking worn. - Could have some city maps of things to see available in the lobby.

Review 29:- The staff were amazing! Very friendly, great service and always helpful :)- Great location, easy to get to everything - Amazing views of the city - Very safe - Tasty food, but could also use an update.

Review 30:The two girls on reception were pathetic, rude and it should be broughtto the Managements attention- they should be sent back to the Collegeopposite the Hotel (Tourist Industry College) for re training. The one who greeted us does not even have a grasp of the usual common curtesies that were shown to us EVERYWHERE else in Morocco.I asked for change to tip the luggage guy and the reply was "we dont keep change- PATHETIC -get them moved on Kenzi !!!

Review 31:The dining staff were very attentive and could nt do enough for you..

Review 32:The staff at the reception was the unfriendliest we have everexperienced on our trip so far. It took several minutes until he noticedus although he had nothing else to do. The Hotel Website offers hamamand whirl pool but none of them were in operation.

Review 33:I'd liked to enjoy some luxury facilities after some days staying inthe desert. The Hotel itself fulfilled our expectations. Also thebreakfast was great. From here to the Center it took just few minutes.

Review 34:Nothing

Review 44:The temperature was cold and the heating not enough .My husban hasgot the flu.
