Review 1：Quite lots of noise from the corridor (bumping of doors). Double bed wasn't double, there was a separation board between which is not so useful for couples;-)

Review 3：Extremely hot rooms despite fairly cool weather. No AC, little possibilities to cool down even with windows, dysfunctional small fan offered! poor beds

Review 9：Unfortunately, some water park and wellness centre facilities were not open when we visited (on a Monday), such as cryotherapy and one of the water slides. It would be a good idea to contact reception in advance to ask what facilities will be open if you plan to make a visit specifically to use certain facilities.

Review 10：Very good range of water park and wellness centre facilities (free all-day access for hotel guests). We liked the bar in the 'Blue Diamond II' pool! Individual massage/beauty treatments available at a reasonable price - we were pleased with the service provided. Room was clean and comfortable. We were able to get wi-fi in our 3rd floor hotel room. Reception staff were mostly friendly. Buffet dinner and breakfast were ok. As far as we could tell, the only difference between Aquacity Seasons (3*) hotel and Aquacity Mountain View (4*) hotel is the room type and view.

Review 11：The location is in an industrial area and the food whilst edible is very repetitive and there is no breakfast only option. The layout of the water park and complex is haphazard and not very clear.

Review 12：The staff were helpful and friendly and the resort offers value for money if you use the facilities. The station and small town are in easy walking distance.

Review 13：Not enough places for parking. Not enough towels (the are not provided pool towels). The dogs are allowed only in the room and at the Reception, we were not allowed to visit the rest of the complex and make pictures with our little dog. English language is spoken only at the reception. We were very disappointed at the end of the vacation, when we were given a bill with some costs that we have not been warned (Christmas dinner, although we had half-board!! ) but it was later withdrawn after referral made to the management. Yet, we had a great Christmas vacation and will come back here for sure.

Review 14：It's not a 3 but a 4 stars hotel, on my opinion. Big heated room, big terrace, facilities for tea/coffee with daily refill of the bags reserves. Short-cut to the spa center. The pools are very clean, very beautiful and the mountain view from Blue Sapphire and the evening lasser-show are amazing. Very tasty and diversified buffet at High Tatra Restaurant (the accomodation included half-board).

Review 16：We were positively surprised with everything the hotel and the Aquacity had to offer. Compared to other 3-star hotels in Slovakia we were before it was so far the best one.Our 4-year old daughter was delighted with the unlimited access to the pools. She did not want to leave:)We'll be coming back next year for longer!The stay was great!

Review 18：The aquapark/wellness facilities were fantastic as well as the proximity to the Lomnic peak in High Tatras. Staff and food were also above our expectations. Nice Halloween programs. Good choice for families with young children, a lot of entertainment.
