Review 11：The 'front' of the hotel seems to be at the back in the car park. Walked in through the 'back' (on the main street), no signs to reception, had to walk all the way through the cafe, bar and lounge to find reception tucked away right at what I first thought was the back of the building :) Perhaps they aren't expecting people to arrive on foot from the railway station, and are expecting everyone to arrive by taxi... :)

Review 12：Super comfy hotel. SOCKETS BY THE BEDS! Hardly anyone gets this right... Great aesthetics. Perfect location. Good breakfast. Room door opening out onto the main atrium. Some people might not like this as piano playing can carry into the room (I enjoyed that though).

Review 13：Fell down on the detail (coffee machine, no milk capsule, Lungo glass not fit under machine, overfilled espresso glass, disaster) Walls very thin, had to listen to guest next door's orgasm at midnight. Maybe that's everywhere. but not nice. Breakfast table much too much choice with fairly indifferent quality (salad for breakfast?) Should consider offering less choice, but to higher standard.

Review 21：The air conditioning was not working in our room, I received a prompt response from staff but the issue was not resolved. Several hours later I complained again and the female staff member on the desk refused to help me saying "The generator is not working properly because of the temperatures outside and I will not be spending any more time on this issue today" she then hung up. Very rude. There was a wedding in the main area of the hotel and so all routes to the opposite side of the hotel (including the only bar and coffee lounge) were closed off and so we could not access the facilities we had paid to use. We were not told at the time of booking that this would be the case, no apology was made. They offered to bring drinks to our room but we were not paying to be confined to our rooms. The wedding party should have hired the whole hotel if other guests were not going to be permitted to use the hotel facilities.

Review 22：The bedroom was very luxurious and clean. Had the air conditioning been working, the staff been polite and professional and the facilities in the rest of the hotel been made available to us we would have felt extremely pampered.

Review 23：We reported that the air conditioning was not working with temperatures in the mid 30's, a man came to the room and agreed but told us that the hotel was very busy and he would try to find us another room, Two hours later we complained again and then we were given the choice of two rooms, both on the same corridor! We understand that problems occur but poor management is inexcusable.

There is no other hotel that I could possibly compare to GHRz in terms of overall experience and atmosphere. Every visit means good old memories return and great new ones are created.

I duly mentioned this to the concierge and we were immediately moved to a room on the 3rd floor, fabulous. Lighting in most of the hotel is a little dim.

Review 86：The Grand is in a great position for airport and city centre, although Rzeszow is quite small. There is a buzzing central square where people gather to sit and talk. The hotel is beautifully fitted with modern design and superbly comfortable beds, our suite had two 60" flat screen TVs, a multitude of comfortable seating and a sauna, what more could one want. The food was good and all the staff charming. We will return when business demands.

The first time, my room was on thethird floor and was cold, as it blew out cold air from air bricks on anouter wall and had no means to adjust the temperature.The second visit: My room again was on the third floor and again was cold. The staff were informed of the problem and immediately I was moved to an alternative room on the same floor, yet in a different location . The room was warmer, and there was a thermostate to control the temperature. However, the layout/design was not as nice, and had twin beds. I consider that on both occassions my Polish colleague was given a better room, better design and appeared more luxury. Although there are a couple of pieces of gym equiptments (treamill and cross trainers) and spa facilities (sauna and hot tub) I did not get to use them. The beauty salon offers some luxury treatments/therapies but sadly it closed early evening so unless you are available during the day ( I was on business so I wasn't) you won't get to experience any treatments.

The immediate surrounding area was quaint and appearedclean, and had plces to eat and drink nearby.The hotel staff, particularly the waiter/waitresses were helpful and friendly. I liked the fact that Costa Coffee cafe was part of the hotel and was open utnil late in the evening, which meant you could get a nice coffee and cake after a busy day. The rooms all appear to vary in design, and have everything you need for a short stay. The rooms are clean and each time I have stayed I have noted the beds were comfortable. The hotel has some building work going on at the front entrance, which gives the impression of being run down. Don't be put off, the hotel inside is very pleasant and clean. I would recommend this hotel for a good enough location, particularly for business people.
