Review 1：Food was cold I was on the toilet for 4 days .. eaten out after that ... staff look unhappy ... hardly spoke or smiled ... was a adult hotel but a group of teenagers was staying and caused noise at night ...

Review 4：Service from the bar and restaurant staff was poor and they had a couldn't care less attitude. Bar area at night had dirty tables and the decking had holes in where your feet could get caught. Meals were never ever hot even when they came straight out of the kitchen. They were already cold before they left the kitchen. The restaurant served other hotels run by the same owner who also couldn't care less. As it was all inclusive they already had your money. It was so bad we ate out.

Review 10：We had some issues with the room we were allocated but these were not passed on so 2 days later had to remind reception staff - then had to pay extra to move into another room. Also wanted to charge us £35 to keep room for 4 hours as check out was noon and we didnt fly home until late evening - we negotiated this down with customer relations lady but didn't appreciate the phone call to room at 17.50 to tell us we had to be out in 10 minutes especially as cleaning staff had all left and the hotel was almost empty

Be careful if you head into the clubs on Bar Street, a photographer takes pics and makes you pay, promising to deliver the pics to your hotel(That never happend-he conned us) ive sent him endless messages on email & facebook, but to no avail.Very dissapointed!

Review 13：Loved this place, friendly helpful staff. Housekeeping goes the extra mile.Also the free wifi with strong signal was a bonus too. I went with a friend, but I would advice that it's better for couples, which we didn't realise, but going out is easy.Bus ride takes you str8 to Bar street where we danced all night,it was amazing!-JD's bar 2mins frm hotel has amazing cocktails(Buy1 get 1 free) Will defo return to Munamar Beach Hotel

Had turkish bath and massage in the spa and that was Also a good experience. Rooms were clean and had good design, its Worth to pay little extra for oceanview. Gorgeous!
