Review 1：Breakfast was very poor. Its not a buffet, its a very small meal served to your unit in mall box. very bad. Was noisy at night coz there were people screaming and playing in the pool area at 3 am and no staff did anything to correct this.

Review 2：The view, the shower and the bed.

Review 3：Laundry services are very expensive. 38 baht per 100 grams!!! Quality of service and product at the salon in the lobby was very poor. An express mani and pedi took almost two hours, and I was so over it by then I just left. Didn't care about the money, but went to Boat Ave straight away to have my mani redone and fixed properly.

Review 4：Everything is shiny and new. Quality and cleanliness is of a high standard. Loved the complimentary many bottles of water, milk and juice.

Review 5：The breakfast is horrible for a 5 star resort like this. It lingers a bad memory on travelers who might think of the stay associated with the horrible breakfast. I feel it's better to take it out if you are not going to do anything to it. At least people will not have any bad memories about the stay.

Review 6：It's a totally different experience from staying in a commercial hotel. The one bedroom feels homely with full kitchen equipment and a living room with balcony. The pool is open 24 hours and is good for travelers who wants to enjoy their swim at odd hours although swimming after 6.30pm is at your own risk. Location is quiet and away from busy street. However, there is shuttle bus cater by the hotel to the town. For travelers who rented a car, parking is free and well look after by the security guards.

Review 7：One staff didn't tell us about the ferry going to the beach. Instead directed us to walk outside the hotel. It's not a short walk...

Review 9：There was no easily identifiable information on how to get to the beach or around the resort property. The food in the very convenient store downstairs was replenished at random. The bed is almost too big for the room causing us to consistently bump into the metal corners hidden below the blankets. The cost of transportation to the airport is far too expensive. Almost triple what it should be. The western breakfast grew very tiring after four days of the same items.

Review 10：The property is very close to a lovely beach. The pool is very nice. The market in the hotel was convenient though a bit pricey. The staff and manager were very friendly. The room was well stocked with pots and dishware if you wanted to prepare your own meals. Loved the breakfast delivery to the room concept. Nice restaurants and a large villa mart just outside the complex via a short shuttle bus ride and walk.

Review 11：You either go to a beach by free boat taxi or you just rent a scooter since the beach is across a small lagoon. You can choose from asian/western breakfast, but western breakfast was all the same for 2 weeks.

Review 12：Newly opened apartment hotel, everything new and clean. Perfect almost empty bang tao beach compared to crowded beaches to the south. Whole Laguna is a closed resort with free shuttle buses to transfer you anywhere inside the resort.

Review 13：At arrival, we had an issue with the transfer. Though it was confirmed, no one met us to pick up. However. the hotel provided the transfer back free of charge as a compliment. Laguna shuttles need more clear schedule, which goes where and when, but waiting never took too long.

Review 14：Stayed with 2 children in 2 bedroom. Location was very nice, great view. The hotel is quite new, staff is friendly and supportive. Breakfasts come in big portions; do not expect a big variety, though. Hotels and restaurants nearby provide a good choice of meals. Kids enjoyed the playroom as well.

Review 15：The bathroom smells. After complaining, a staff came and placed an incense burner in the bathroom. It kills the smell for a while but when the candle stopped burning, the smell returned.

Review 16：It is convenient to get around because of the shuttle provided and the boat transfer to the beach. The furnishings in the room and hotel lobby are chic and trendy. Love the yellow bedroom slippers and beach bag!

Review 17：No place to eat at the hotel, no room service, cleaning service once every two days. We booked a room with 1 bed, 1 sofa bed, and 1 futon but had bedsheets only for the sofa bed. Futon sheets were only provided for an additional fee.

Review 19：Terrible breakfast. You get into the room, but every day total the same. You can choose between asian and western. But every day the same. So as we had kitchen, we also buy in shop our own breakfast. We also have som problem with hot water. If they repair water, than we have problem with air condition. So we have most of the week lukewarm water.

Review 20：It really nice, new hotel, each room with kitchen, in peacfull part of Phukhet, no crowd. Great pool, nice staff, good air condition and wifi.

Review 25：Going to the beach was a hassle. Staff are very unprofessional n calculative. Request for bath towel you may have to exchange the existing ones. Request for additional pillow they will charge you. Bread n mineral water were replenished on the 2nd day during housekeeping. Thereafter no replenishment. I hv been staying for 6 days n paying pricey room rates. When we left for our snorkeling in certain days, the housekeeping shut down all the air con n our 2 bedroom loft was like a furnace n we hv to leave the apartment for 3 hours. One of the days we hv power failure. The following day we hv water heater n air con malfunction. This is very upsetting.

Review 27：Breakfast served in tiffin boxes. We opted for 2 western n 2 asian breakfast. There was variation in daily Asian breakfast but the western ones remained the same for 4 days in a row. Staying at Cassia without a car can be very inconvenient despite the free shuttle services. Staffs in general were not helpful. We were promised ( not subjected to availability ) an early check in time at 10am but we arrived at the hotel just before 1pm. We were told that the promised room was not ready till 2pm. We were We asked for late check out at 4pm which was rejected without even checking if room is available. Staff Tale in particular was unhelpful n cold. On check out day, we asked for two more bots of water to which we were told that we will be charged. It's very petty to charge your guests 2 bots of water when we stayed 4 nites w them. The beach is not directly infront. We have to take a lagoon boat to reach their "private" beach which is very small n underdeveloped. Staff Kiat who is stationed at d beach was very professional and pleasant. Despite that, disappointing experience overall!

Review 34：I like the area which is quiet and looks beautiful around . The convenient of having 2 rooms and yet able to cook our own favourite food and hotel provide sufficient free drinks ! Also the free shuttle bus & boat service . We like the idea having sand in the swimming pool for kiddos ...prefer the fine sand as its not so paint when stepping on it ;)

Review 35：(1) The food sucks. The Asian breakfast is limited to porridge on the first day, noodles on the 2nd and fried rice on the 3rd and then it repeats again. To add to this, it is delivered on plastic lunch boxes. Think being treated like a prisoner or a dog and you get what I mean. One of the things I look forward when I stay in hotels during my holidays is the buffet breakfast and not having it during our stay in Cassia was big letdown. (2) The master toilet emits foul odour from the drain. (3) The aircon in the master's was not cool even though the technician came twice to fix it. So during our entire stay (4N), the ceiling fan and aircon were kept on and the door open so that the coolness of the aircon from the living room can come in to the masters. (4) The aircon in the loft was leaking on the first night but it was fixed the day after. (5) We booked for a 2BR and they upgraded us with a loft. However, the room sizes are very small and appear confining. (6) There should be a drying rack to hang our wet swimsuits.

Review 36：Located in Laguna Phuket ensures a quieter holiday. The hotel has just opened so everything is new. The hotel's interior is done in vibrant colours making it appear chic and fresh. Parking is no problem. The pool, although small, is nice. Our room has a front view of the lagoon.

Review 37：The door seems to be so thin, you can hear everything happening outside your room. It's very loud, especially when the housekeepers are talking with each other, and they do it a lot. We also did not like that our room was always cleaned at 1-2 pm when we were going to take a nap, and there was no Do Not Disturb sign to use. Very inconvenient. The breakfast concept is great but the breakfasts themselves are meh. We had to throw them away nearly every other day because we could not eat it.

Review 54：1. To get to the beach you have take a short walk (about 5 min) through the nearby hotel. 2. Eating options are quite limited and pricey. Restaurants outside the Laguna gate could be reached by free shuttle bus and a 7-10 min walk. Cassia has no restaurant, only a small shop with snacks. 3. Breakfast was the same every day. You can switch between 2 options (western and asian) and that's all. 4. Rooms are cleaned every other day (though they take out the trash bin when deliver breakfast). We checked in after midnight so on the second day of our stay the hotel's system didn't mark our room as the one that should be cleaned. 5. No beach towels were offered.

Review 55：1. Hotel gave discount of 50% due to its opening. 2. New built hotel, rooms are very well equipped and spacious. Nice view on the lagoon, we could even see part of the beach. 3. Breakfast was delivered to the room every morning in plastic containers via special box in the kitchen (you don't have to wake up and open the door to the hotel's staff). 4. Air con doesn't turn off automatically when you leave the room. 5. On Saturday there was a lovely night market just across the street. 6. Most of the staff were really helpful and spoke good English. 7. Free snacks (buns, yogurts, juice boxes) and water in the room.

Review 58：- wrong persons per room & confusing tax listings on booking.com (tax is a few hundred Baht more as they add % takes step-wise) - careful when you book the loft, booking.com says it is for 4 people, but when you check in they say it is only for 3. You either have to pay 500 Baht per day more or you only get 3 breakfasts and no blankets for the third person. We had to ask to speak to someone further up in the hierarchy to find a solution. - check-in procedure very long and chaotic, bring your own printout, they may not find you in the computer - construction noise on some days as the hotel is only half-finished (explains the good price in November), but not as disturbing as it sounds - no fresh fruit for breakfast - ridiculously high priced laundry service

Review 59：We liked it a lot and extended twice given the special November price + great pool large enough for laps, kids playroom, small grocery shop + apartments with several bedrooms in new hotel + good location between beach and town + boat shuttle to beaches + upgrade to larger apartment when we had a problem with our room + some music, but generally quiet + good noise protection in bedroom + friendly staff + November deal ($130 per 2-bedroom ocean view) was great + very few guests as hotel is still under construction, sometimes you have the pool to yourself + free breakfast, American style with bacon & eggs, once you get tired of this, order Asian vegetarian and eat it for lunch - Saturday tourist/local market across the street

Review 61：We were so lucky to stumble on this brand new hotel... because there are hundreds of hotels in Phuket to choose from. It is actually an apartment hotel. The decoration is modern and luxurious. First, bed, linen, and appliances are all top quality. They even stock plenty of yogurt, water, and milk in the fridge free of charge. Breakfast stowed in a thermal bag was delivered to your room in a two-way window every morning so you are not interrupted. What a concept! The general manager even came to ask us about our stay. Free shuttle to the community gate. We could not be more pleased with this hotel stay. This is the place where you will take your mother.
