Review 1：Maybe the walls are a little thin but it's very easy to hear lots of things from the other rooms...
Review 2：Excellent location close to the historic town centre and also the Designer Outlet. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful and gave a great service.
Review 3：Great location and the inn keepers are very accomodating. We had to change our dates and get the discount vouchers available on their site. They happily gave it to us at check in.

Review 16：We had a room on the top with a skylight. He let us keep our luggage in his office hallway after we checked out (since we weren't leaving the town until later in the day). We had an issue with the shower (minor - one of the clips holding the door was broken) - it was fixed the next morning. Our bed was made and towels changed after just one night.

Review 40：Great location and value for money. Newly refurbished, simple and cosy room. Owner (Ronald) gave very clear instructions during check-in. Ronald is very kind & helpful, he was there (check-in & check-out) to help us carry our big bags up to 2nd floor. This B&B is definitely a great choice if you visiting Roermond...especially the outlet. Will stay again if i visiting Roermond in future!!

Review 46：Just about everything. The owner (who doesn't live there) was there to greet us and carry our bags to our room (and offered to carry them down next day). He was very helpful providing a map and showing us where to park. Parking was secure and not far away and it only cost us 3 euros over night. Breakfast was very good. The accommodation was very clean and fresh. The owner couldn't have been more helpful or friendly.
Review 47：If you are looking for human contact with hotel staff, look elsewhere. It seems the hotel is not manned except at breakfast. You come in by yourself, get the key by yourself, all without seeing anybody. The way it is run is very Dutch. There is a kitchen with microwave, but guests simply cannot use the microwave - 'dat is niet mogelijk'. Not a very cosy place, but good enough for sleeping.
