Review 1：way overpriced for a northern city in Morocco, no wifi at all anywhere. The staff has a straight face with no smile whatsoever, the breakfast quality is poor as it got me very sick.

Review 2：The hotel is decent and new

Review 3：Beds are lousy, staff is ignorant, breakfast is basic, generic, bland (stale baguette and packed jam and cookies). The place feels like a highway-motel. Upon check-out they added taxes for two adults to the bill insiting that I had to pay it since I had booked a double room (for 1 adult and 2 kids) - this happened nowhere else in Morocco. Internet is very week and only works right by teh reception.

Review 4：The location by the beach (actually 100m away on a boardwalk) is nice- given that it is the only hotel since Martil (Tétouan) on the beach. We stayed because we had driven 200km searching for a beach-side hotel and it was hot and we craved a pool.

Review 5：After a great stay we had a bitter aftertast. The reception lady confronted us with charges we did not ordered. During the discussion of two (!) hours, the reception lady accused us liars and the French Manager (who is only french speaking) ignored us. After all, totally not customer friendly Manager and rude Reception lady. I've never experienced anything like this.

Review 6：Fantastic hotel in beautiful city of Al Hoceima. All facilities where very good, beach nearby, large secured parking, relaxed pool with nice lounges and breakfast was perfect. Restaurant personell where extremely friendly. It is a shame that they do not offer any moroccan/amazigh dishes like msemen, harsha, beghrir etc.

Review 7：Felt very uncomfortable sitting by the pool as a woman in my bikini and felt quite judged for showing too much skin- which I would expect on a public beach or street but not by the poolside

Review 8：While the hotel has all the feeling and look ( and price) of a 4star hotel, it is lacking the finesse and attention to detail that it should have. I think it was not worth the money it cost. The rooms are standard as to what you would expect but when we arrived we were not helped with bags or shown to our room, the balcony had rubbish on it, when we asked the staff for assistance in getting some advice one was helpful the other very unhelpful. However, it was a welcome OASIS away from the mad hubbub of al hoceima town which was horrible and certainly looked like the best option of a bad bunch. Having said all of this, the gardens are beautiful and the hotel calm.

Review 14：Wifi kept cutting out and was only available in the lounge area. The Internet speed was extremely slow and our Internet Provider in the end would not allow the connection to the hotels wifi because it had no security certificate.

Review 15：It is new, fresh, modern with a pool, nice verandah. If you have transport the 10kms to Al Hoceima is not a problem. The Bay is nice and quiet.

Review 17：very helpful staff creating a nice atmosphere in the hotel, helped us a lot even in finding the best bus connections! Especially Mr. Saat from the front office management was very helpful and professional. The hotel has a nice design and also a pleasant garden, comfortable rooms, spacy balcony, quiet in the morning when you coud just watch the nature and listen to birds.

Review 18：Although the staff was friendly they could have helped us out more when a gardener accidentally broke the glass of our rental car while mowing the lawn. The manager told us to settle it between the gardener and me, which in the end worked out well, but in such case I would have expected more help and responsibility from the hotel management instead. Furthermore because the hotel was just open there where some start up issues such as electricity falling down which happened twice, the route from the hotel to the beach was not finished yet and leads throug a construction site, there was no buffet breakfast but instead a simple breakfast is served at the table (but we paid the full price for this..).

Review 19：The hotel was open for just a few weeks when we stayed here so everything was brand new. The staff was friendly, plenty of parking space with security, nice pool, nice decoration, spacious terrace for each room, beautiful view over the woods and sea or mountains, clean rooms, seperated toilets in the rooms which we liked.

Review 20：No wifi in rooms, only in lobby, no soap no toilet paper in lobby wc, gym opens 9:30am which is late.
