Review 1：Security stays on some of the windows would have been appreciated for fresh air at night and when away from the venue.

Review 2：We had to book at short notice and staff were very accomodating. The venue was nice and quiet and not too far out of central Blenheim. The room and ensuite were spacious. Pity we didn't have time to use the spa bath !

Review 3：Spacious unit. Clean and with all that we needed. Pool, although didn't get to use it. Proximity to supermarket. Easy online site to book.

Review 4：The bathroom was very small (particularly the hand basin) but otherwise fine. We were surprised there was no frypan in the kitchen as it seems basic to cooking a quick dinner.

Review 5：The host was very friendly and welcoming. The room was clean, quiet, and had a nice outlook. The cooktop was an advantage as there was a supermarket nearby.

Review 22：We thought the shower door needs rather a bit of attention. The design catches a lot of mould at the base, which had not been removed for a while, it seemed. Also the bathroom had no facilities (hooks or shelves) to store personal toiletries and we found the hand basin really a little bit too small for our comfort.

Review 23：We enjoyed being given a quiet unit, as we had asked for. Also the beds were made and all towels changed each day (others say they would do it but then don't) . The little garden setting down by the creek is a sweet and whimsical place and a lot of effort and pleasure had gone into it in setting it up. Visiting it gave us a moment of serenity before the day got busy! We also appreciated the replenishment of the complimentary coffee and tea tray. These little things make a big difference when travelling. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and we would return, if need be. Thank you!.

Review 24：The motel owners went out of their way to make sure that we were happy - had to change rooms due to accidentally booking wrong and they were very accommodating and happy to help - also were very good about the fact we were travelling with two large dogs and were able to provide a lot of local knowledge as to where they could be excercised etc.

Review 25：Cooking facilities were not suitable for the studio unit we were in. Provided an electric fry pan, however, after reading the fire alarm notice about charging if alarm went off were too scared to use without a proper ventilation system. Same went for the toaster. Bathroom handbasin too small. Nowhere to put clothes in bathroom. Clock radio provided but could not set the time on it.

Review 28：Very large room at the back so very quiet. Close to very good dining option - Speights. Coffee, tea and milk supplied. There is a pool but we didn't use it.

Review 29：For a studio unit it was over priced and very dated. TV was too small for the unit. I have stayed here previously but in the larger units. I paid the same amount of money so for this I am disappointed. .

Review 31：A self catering room upstairs in the main house (?) Tired and worn furnishings, mould around the shower screen, cramped cooking facilities, no sharp knife, only one teaspoon, no table to eat at - ironing board fell apart when removed from the wardrobe. Not a pleasant experience.

Review 33：The room I stayed in was warm, a comfy bed,spa bath and cooking utilities. I even got a visit from a cute friendly black cat for half an hour, which was great as I was missing my munchkins!

Review 49：We were given the space of 3 bedroom motel for the price of a studio due to a minor booking glitch. Staff were cheerful and accommodating and the room was luxurious. Very happy stay.

Quite a distance from the main shopping centres if you did not have a vehicle, although there were large supermarkets close by for essentials. We were in a downstairs room and there was also a fair amount of noise from people moving around upstairs too. Creaking floorboards etc.

Review 54：I requested a wake up call and didn't get one. Minimal toilet paper upon first arrival. The unit was dusty. This was done on the second day of my stay.

Review 60：There was a urine smell around the toilet, the fridge kept us awake with noises and we switched it off the second night so we could get some sleep! We went for a swim and quicklygot out as there were lots of floating things in it!

Only apartment access up a long flight of stairs and should have be stated in their promo material. Bathroom sink was tiny and below expectations.

Review 75：I found the cleanliness was very poor, the toaster was full of crumbs as was the tray it sat on, the bathroom was also unclean, the floor was filthy, carpet stain in lounge area very visible, cobwebs dust, we paid $140 pn for this, bed was terrible, I believe the whole place needs upgrading.

Review 95：We booked a room Specifically for the spa pool for a hens night, we didn't need to be there because we just live down the road but we wanted to sit in the spa and get ready together, after I had specifically asked if its working it wasn't and they said it wouldn't be heated up till late night when we weren't there and they still wouldn't let us use it the next day either because its only open at night.

Review 96：Ray and Gail were excellent hosts, very attentive and maintain the property well. Best hot tub we've had in over a month of traveling. The room was very spacious with a big closet.

Review 97：I did not find the quality of the accommodation reflected the price. My room was not serviced and the bathroom was not very clean. It did not look at all like the pictures we were obviously put in a very old and outdated room of the motel and i was very disappointed.

We arrived late at night and booked that night on booking.com after a rough trip down for a funureal and there service was amazing and deeply appreciated. The owner she organised a room at the bottom cause of the horrible weather without us asking and made it such a stress free stay and its a gorgeous hotel, well presented and friendly, homely!!! definitely would stay again, thanks again guys!!! :-)
