Review 1：No bad experiences to report on.

Review 2：Food was fantastic! Great location, walking distance to Marmaris or Icmeler, frequent buses or taxi boats also if walking is a problem. Very clean in all areas of the hotel. Lovely room very spacious. Entertainment excellent also one member of staff in particular makes the hotel more enjoyable and his name of course is the one and only Speedy! This guy is known for returning customers year after year a fantastic asset to the hotel! Very enjoyable stay and will definitely be returning next year.

Review 3：The wasps at the eating areas were terrible. Glasses and left over food plates were left at the pool areas all day sometimes. The hotel is quite tired and needs its main areas brought up to date to afford a 5 star which it definitely was not...I would say a 3 star. I have stayed in several other 5 stars in Marmaris area and they were much better than here. Very basic rooms and balconies very small. You can hear through the walls and so quite noisy.

Review 4：The gardens surrounding the whole complex, the amount of choice of food and also the availability of food all day if you want. The juice and wine coming round on the trolley. The swimming pool was spotless as were the rooms. The staff around the pool were very friendly as were all the animation staff. Wifi access very good.

Review 5：First of all, its a really old hotel wich has not maintened well.We've had an accident at the beach. An umbrella (weights around30kgs or more) which we've been playing under with my 3 year olddaughter suddenly got broken on the top and fell on us. Thank God it didnot hit my daughter since it stopped in my sholder. With the help of 2other guests we were able to lift the umbrella up and got ourselvessaved. I didnt have any serious injury other than some pain in myshoulders. But I felt anger when I thought of "what would happen tomy daughter if it hit her instead of me???". I called the managerimmediately. I explained the manager what happened and told them clearlythat I don't want a gift or an apology but I want these to be fixedso no other kid should be at this risk. Then tomorrow I went to customerrelations manager to learn if they were fixed or not. The answer Ireceived was even more dissapointing. I learned that nothing was doneyet because the maintanence manager assure them the other umbrellas werein a better condition. I told them that if I dont see all umbrellaschecked about safety I'll call some newspapers. Then she called themaintanence guy and told them to check other umbrellas. After that,they've sent a plate of cookies to our room with an apology letter.Yes cookies in an All Inclusive Hotel where all you can eat is alreadyfree!!! I must say that in terms of safety, food and service qualitythis hotel could not be even a 4 star hotel compared to hotels inAntalya Belek or Lara. But they charge about the same amount of moneyjust because of its nature. Just to give you an idea about foodtaste/quality: We had to go out for lunch since we couldnot findanything good to eat!

Review 6：We love Marmaris because of its incredible nature and clean sea. YazıcıPalace is also extremely lucky in terms of location and naturalbeauties. But unfortunately the hotel has nothing else to offer.

Review 7：Appaling guest behaviour. (i.e. children peeing to the sea, bushes, bins, adults throwing food into the sea to feed the fish.) Above described behaviour is tolerated by the management, despite our multiple visits to the guest relations/reception. They seemed to find that kind behaviour normal and us strange. Overall a really unhygienic experience, simply, some guests are the type of people you don't really want to spend time nearby. Booking.com price too high compared to what guests are actually paying. (we spent lots of time around the reception for complaining, and we realised people are getting about 40% better deals than the Booking.com price) I wouldn't personally even go there again for that discounted price, unless their customer base changes.

Review 8：The hotel has an excellent location, provides beatiful views from almost every public area. The architects have managed not to disturb the nature very much, you can see the long pine trees going through floors & ceilings. These pine trees offer you shade and calmness in the midst of the summer heat. The sea is transparent even when very deep, the mild current and the wind keeps it visually spotless and blows any “nuisance” like seaweed or bubbles towards Marmaris or Icmeler most of the time. Food is good and plenty, staff tries to helpful, although they are working long hours (i.e. a guy who was working around the beach at 9:00am was working in the restaurant at 09:00pm) Good choice of waterspouts are conveniently located, including Flyboard, Jet Ski, Boat Hire etc.

Review 9：The resort management do not respect our reservation ... we reserved for 2 bangalo, it's mine 2 separate rooms and normaly with 2 bathrooms.... but when we coming to the hotel the hotel management don't respect our reservation with booking.com cause the hotel is full and have no places so he give us 1 family room with extra beds for my childs and this give my family situation not comfortable all the vacation. . And I paid the same price 1918 $... I trust booking.com but the hotel management don't respect our reservation....

Review 13：The room was cold (we came in the off-season, so this will be irrelevant to those who come in the summer). The beds were adequate but can't compare to the comfort offered by those at, say, the Hilton Garden Inn (where we also stayed on this vacation). The wi-fi signal in the room was too weak to be of much use.

Review 40：Nobody gave any details about the daily schedule at the reception until we asked and nobody shew us where each place/building was, we had to sort out everything on our own. The quality of the all included system was a bit poor, this hotel is more for foreigner tourists. The staff at the main Restaurant is not well educated in terms of everything. Wifi didn't work in the room but was working outside the room however very slow. The guys who were making massage were asking everybody to have massage which is disturbing, if one wants to have it he/she can decide himself.

Review 42：Restaurant staff are not friendly at all, and will ask you if you are Muslim or not ? Very poor English by all the staff except the reception , they speak fair English. Hotel is huge , and a lot of up/down slopping ramps which is not comfortable at all. 100 feet tall Pine trees all over the place around , and sound of Cockroach all over the day is horrible. you will hardly enjoy your meal because of flying bees. in general the Hotel is OLD , and rooms need renovations. I paid 1941 Euro for 9 nights , and I regret spending this money and all this period in this Hotel and in Turkey.
