Review 1：The WiFi was not always up to speed. In the evening more simple dishes should be available. With no complaints about the-lunch card.

Review 3：Just a tiny hiccup. About the general info book located in the room: Spelling mistakes and sentence building in certain languages was not professional enough for the way this hotel presents itself.

Review 5：The pool was big enough for swimming, the ambience of pool and sauna appeared a little bit faceless, no bathrobes and bath towels were in our room, only available on demand (service desk) probably. Paying for the sauna was new for us and seems to be unusual for a 4-star-hotel.
Review 6：Room (superior seaside) & bed were really good, shiny balcony, great view. The front desk women were very friendly and really considerate. Breakfast was suitable. We enjoyed the terrace. The parking area/garage for cyclists was positive. The island of Terschelling is a real paradise for cyclists with enough space and places to spend stress-free holidays.
Review 7：The hotel facilities were excellent and the chance to sit on the terrace with a cold beverage and watch the world go by was an wonderful way to relax after a day spent biking about the island.
Review 8：We did not like the cleaning of the room. For a start It was extremely late in the day, around 5pm, so your room is a mess all day. Also, the team came in with 4 people and disappeared in 4 minutes. There was no care or attention to anything that made you feel good about having the room done, it was just a quick job with the most basic needs attended to. We also did not like the check out. It was very slow, and there was a big queue of people waiting, they were stressed about missing the bus.It did not help that somebody had a problem with his bill, it took ages to sort it out, while the queue was getting longer and longer. It also did not help that one of the girls was in training. It was embarrassing for a good hotel like yours that things were not more efficiently handled.

Review 12：Hugely disappointing dinner. This was supposed to be our special holiday treat, but the service was very very very slow, so we were not able to enjoy the meal at all. (Though extremely nice and friendly staff). When the food finally arrived, it was only average - not at all the high quality we expected. Way over priced.

Balcony was small with 2 chairs and no table and the tiles on the floor were loose. Not really 4 star standard

With a 129 euro hotelrate, ridiculous in my opinion. I opted for regular checkout at 11am, at 11:05 someone was at the door to see if we already left? That did not make us feel welcome

Although we asked for some extra sugar and coffee in the room, it came not or very slowly. 3, we rented two bikes, but of one of them the gears failed to work after 10 km. We got a new one on the secind day, but no reduction in rent rate was offered.

Beds are very small and interior of rooms is dated. Cleanliness was substandard. Housekeeping was in and out the room within 5 minutes. Service in the bar took ages and prices were high.
