Review 1：The building could get a bit of a facelift. Rooms could be improved a bit too (old bathroom doors, weird power switch). Room keys are attached to an ugly wooden pendant with an awful old chain - this doesn't look/feel good and could be cheaply improved.
Review 2：Great location, friendly staff, restaurant with good food, a bar with a great selection of single malts! The rooms are furnished with stylish genuine old furniture which looks very nice. Breakfast bar has all you need, you won't be hungry after.
Review 3：Marvellous location, very attentive staff and tasteful decor. After a break of a number of years it was nice to see that change, for there have been modifications since my last visit, does not have to always be for the worst. Małopolanka retains the same charm and atmosphere I first encountered almost two decades ago. Return I will.
Review 4：Lack of lift as we were on top floor as a mature couple. A fan in the room would have been welcome as it was very hot at the time. A laundry service would have been good as we were travelling for 3 weeks.

Review 8：ok, so june may be low-ish season in krynica, but the hotel is supposed to have a well-rated restaurant. in theory, the restaurant takes orders until 8pm, but it was empty and not that interested in serving at 7.30, and we were told how much of the menu was not actually available, because they were in the process of changing it. we went elsewhere, but had chosen the hotel in part because we would have preferred to eat there after a day of driving.

Review 11：This pension is everything you want in a European hotel - every room has its own character and yet it has all of the amenities to be expected in a modern property. The location is perfectly situated in the center of Krynica, and if your room is at the front of the building, you can definitely hear the Kryniczanka stream flowing outside.

Review 20：We each had a massage as part of the spa services provided,by the hotel. The massage therapist was good, but the massage table was uncomfortable. This is a pretty minor complaint in the scheme of things. Our overall experience was excellent and we would stay at this hotel again.
Review 21：The Pensonat Malopolanka has a very friendly and welcoming staff and they speak English. We enjoyed superb breakfasts with a vast array of choices and we had two delightful dinners in the hotel restaurant. The room we stayed in has a very nice balcony. The receptionist welcomed us to the hotel with a glass of wine for each. The last evening we were there, the hotel had excellent entertainment in the bar/lobby. It was a duo with one acoustic guitarist and one electric guitarists and they played a wide range of music very well.
