Review 1：so tired, missed the breakfast, gees, but will be back for sure.

Review 9：I like the traditional building and size of the room. I stay in the second row of the whole construction, which is far away from the main road. Good comfort, quiet, clean and very kind welcome of reception who didn't spare any efforts to help me find my way around.

Review 12：It is situated on a very busy road and even with double glazing, it is noisy. The bathroom was basically clean but with old and broken tiles.

Review 14：Very noisy location. Door lock didn't work. Old and dated interior. Very uncomfortable beds. No draws for clothing. Anywhere. Had to ask for a teatowel. No toilet roll holder. No toilet paper. A previously used piece of gunky soap in the shower soap holder. Oh and quoted price isn't what we were charged.

Review 24：There was nothing to adversely comment-upon: I routinely look for just a simple room, to the standard of your motel, at a price that is reasonable in the circumstances. My booking was at very short-notice and any price premium was a consequence of that. Ordinarily, I would book much earlier if possible to get a better price.
Review 25：The Glen Inn is very conveniently located for my subsequent destination in the same region (on the next day). It is also easily accessible by a combination of public transport from the airport.
Review 26：I had a bad experience with transport, booked a taxi through them a night before , dint get it on time and reached my meeting late which was very embarrassing. No communication between night staff and day staff i had paid for the breakfast a night before but morning staff asked me again if i had paid. The staff seem overworked i felt they had to multitask all the time not enough people to do the job, same staff attends reception, cooks breakfast, cleans takes phone calls etc so if there are more than few guests at the counter its chaos.

At a room charge of $138 plus Amex 3% surcharge it seemed that a reasonable entry fee was going to added and added to. Scrambled eggs were dry, Wasn't too sure why there was a sign on the check in desks offering corporate guests a $100 check in and I had registered as a business traveller

Review 32：Breakfast didnt start untill 8am on Sunday, we were told there was a toaster in room to make breakfast but htere were no plates or cutlery in room, had to go and ask for them at reception. Only one towel in bathroom had to ask for another one. No DVD in room and were unavailable from reception. Light globe beside bed was blown had to get the to replace it.

There are lots of nice restaurant within walking distance. The buffet across road is really nice and cheap, if you show the room key you can actually get 10% off which is a bonus!

Review 46：no kitchen at all, only tiny cups and saucers and teaspoon and small enclosure for making coffee with a small toaster. Kettle would not fit under washbasin tap set and had to be filled with a teacup. I have seen bigger setups in a caravan and I think that they are trying to discourage any use or meals in a room. Room lighting was almost non existent and globes were dull.. It wars a dark room with very basic light globes in lamps. The internet seemed to lose connectivity and perhaps the router was faulty and probably needed rebooting and sadly when it was needed in the morning did not allow me to reconnect to get work done or catch up with my appointments for the day. The Tv often lost signal and pixelated and either the antenna was lousy or the signal needed an amplifier so it was turned off in frustration of the poor signal.

Bed was comfy and well made, Staff were very good and replaced a damaged globe and explained how the internet connection worked although disappointed with connections. The showers were hot and water pressure good and towels were very fresh and clean

Review 50：we booked the motel at the last minute as we needed somewhere to stay over the weekend. It was very close to where we wanted to go but also good when we wanted to catch the bus, there are many stops near by. If we are in the area again, we will definitely stay with you.

Review 70：The staff rude, refused to give an extra towel, THe bathroom cold water tap did not work. Hair dryer pulled of wall. When I complained they knew about these probablems but still put us in that room. Then moved us into th eroom next door. Curtains broken and did not close. Real handy being on the highway and an electrical storm happened and then the lightening came into the window. Then smoke detector went off nad actually fell out of ceiling.

Review 78：Everything was broken, reception was not open on the day of my departure... I needed to call a taxi. The phone in my room did not work, no taxi number in the booklet, no smoke detector in the room dirty marks on the doors and curtains falling off the rails, carpet filthy. Yuck!
