Reviews for Angsana Laguna Phuket
Review 1:We loved the huge rooms, the friendly staff, wonderful facilities and the location of the resort. Absolutely loved it and can't wait to come back.
Review 2:People who brought our baggages into the room were waiting to get a tip. Outrageous. If I knew it i would have done by myself Restaurants and shops are highly overpriced compared to Phuket prices
Review 3:Staff friendly
Review 4:The Private pool residence was pure luxury, could not fault the stay at all. We needed a late check out due to a delay in our flight and the resort was very accommodating offering us the room at a reduced rate. Private pool residence is a distance from the main lobby, however perks of the private residence there is shuttle bus on call to take you to the main lobby. My daughter picked up a nasty tummy bug, the staff at Angsana was amazing - put me in contact with the Nurse at the medical centre and also arranged a shuttle for us to collect medication from the centre. All in all our stay was amazing. International complimentary buffet breakfast was also superb. Well done Team Angsana:)
Review 5:1. Who seek bounty paradise think about alternative like Maldives, Bali 2. Beach front could be arranged in more convenient way: more umbrellas and better sun beds location
Review 6:Amicable personal, kitchen and gardens with lakes
Review 7:There was kids club with great facilities however the stuff was not genuine... They were friendly at first but I saw how they treat children according to their convenience! My daughter loves manicure, so I took her their program. I was there with her till the end of session and I could tell they treat kids the way the stuff want, not the kids preference. I wouldn't recommend sending kids there alone.
Review 8:No bedside lamps in the bedrooms... Breakfast could be more 5* compliant No water sports on the beach (only in the laguna)
Review 9:Great Villa with pool Efficient shuttle service to / from Hotel
Review 10:The resort is not very close to the nearby village of Cherntalay (30 min by foot) and restaurants in the resort are expensive (as noted by several other reviewers). Most restaurants in Cherntalay offer complimentary shuttle service though, so make sure you try those out too.
Review 11:The staff is very friendly and helpful. We liked the multiple connected swimming pools and the very clean beach area. The resort has restaurants with different styles (beach club, italian, steakhouse, thai), although they're rather expensive. The breakfast buffet was very tasty. We were very happy with our week here!
Review 12:The location far from the everything so the disadvantage is you should spend the most of time in the hotel but dining is too expensive.
Review 13:One of the best locations for families. The location is far away from the city center and the activities in Phuket but the advantage is it provides you a special place and beach. It is a good place to spend a few days in peaceful and quiet and i recommend for families.
Review 14:Furniture in the room not well maintained, minibar not cold enough, a lot of noise on a daily basis in the beachfront area (Staff pushing carts, floor cleaning machines, lawn mowing, music at beach club starts at 10 AM), In room dining was often served cold, in general food was overpriced for the quality.
Review 15:The beach, the lagoon setting, sport facilities, staff were generally attentive.
Review 16:The situation on the beach, the kindness of the staff, the view from the balconies, the variety of the offering at the breakfast buffet. We were return customers and we enjoyed the hotel even more than the first time
Review 17:The only thing that needs a small fix is the beach umbrellas. They are all mouldy and torn. Time to change them!
Review 18:Food at breakfast was amazing. The layout of the resort and the pool is great. We could not have asked for more. Best hotel we've stayed in overall.
Review 19:I'm a person that loves Thai food and I found that the food at the pool bar and the restaurant next to their beach club wasn't what I thought it be.. Over priced too! I would definitely stay at the hotel again but will not fine there.
Review 20:I loved the location and the entertainment during our stay and Angsana! The bed in our room was extremely comfortable which was a plus for me!
Review 21:Very thin walls - you hear everything above and next to you The food is not really Thai and not very high quality in the Thai restaurant
Review 22:Friendly Staff Great location Great Thai style modern design Very cool Beachclub Xana
Review 23:When you book this hotel please be aware that all services (food, drinks, beach club services) in this hotel are about 20-40% more expensive that in the same level hotels around Phuket. In fact I would say that the hotel is 4 star something but service price is 6 star which is pity. Stuff is much less friendly then other areas in the island so you have to be prepared to argue. Room quality is below expectations especially soundproof and inside room climate.
Review 24:Very good location
Review 25:Nothing
Review 26:Would recommend to anyone, specially young couples who are looking for a bet quieter atmosphere than patong and other places. Staff, facilities, beach, and everything was amazing, they have upgraded us upon arrival to one bedroom loft villa. we had a memorable stay, and definitely want to come back. Special thanks go to the staff, who are ready 24/7 to offer anything you need or requeat immediatley, and they were all very kind and polite.
Review 27:If there could be one thing to complain about, it would be the prices and the fact that we were told paddleboard was free, but he tried to charge us when we got there so we did kayaking instead. Also, a tip, get food on the beach, it is cheaper.
Review 28:The staff were warm and welcoming. The grounds were beautiful with direct beach access. It was amazing.
Review 29:Very few vegetarian options other than salad. Spa treatments are very, very expensive. I preferred to use (local) businesses outside the resort for literally a quarter of the cost.
Review 30:The pool. Direct Access to pool from room. Anonymity. Rooms are very nice. Friendly and helpful staff. seems to cater well for families.
Review 31:The airconditioning in villa a bit noisy.
Review 32:The facilities are fantastic.Breakfast is amazing. Staff very helpful and rooms and resort very clean. Couldn't fault.
Review 33:This Hotel has the very best pool access rooms that I have ever seen! The pool itself winds its' way through beautiful hotel grounds, including a swim-up bar, beach, & elegant restaurants. I would love to return here with my family in the future, as they offer wonderful facilities for families. Absolutely splendid buffet breakfast !!!
Review 34:The kids club completely failed to cater for our kids, 6 and 8, they were just sat in front of the computer or a play station. One time I picked them up and had to drag the younger one away from a WW1 shooting game, which was not at all age appropriate. I saw about 3-4 staff around clipping their nails or watching their phones. Very disappointing! They had activities on offer but most needed to be booked a day in advance and payed. We are not planning ahead that much on holidays. Would have liked to see a few games or activities on offer that kids could use once they are in the kids club ( board games, small ball games, jumping ropes ...) The playground was nice, and they had a library that I used together with my kids.
Review 35:The villas were great, private and quiet, yet close to everything.
Review 36:Hotel is too remote & cost of transport is exorbitant. Badly behaved & noisy children at breakfast who could have been put in a different section, (this was done after we mentioned it, thanks to restaurant manager.)
Review 37:Room was clean, well appointed & spacious. Staff were very friendly & extremely helpful.
Review 38:The loud music from the club...even during the day when there was seemingly not many people there....you could hear it while relaxing on the beach watching the most amazing sunset. It could use turning down a notch.
Review 39:Amazing staff, great beaches...and variety of eateries...absolutely comfortable room!
Review 40:Beach Reception staff Bar and food prices Lack of atmosphere. Terrible wifi
Review 41:Completely cocktails Free shuttle bus Room fit out Resturant and cleaning staff friendly and professional
Review 42:Breakfast variety wasn't great. We booked a Laguna Grand Room and my partner managed to fracture her toe on the raised bathroom step - no warning and very dangerous! Location is too far from nightlife hotspots - most Angsana restaurants were totally empty. Don't stay here if you want a bustling vibrant hotel at night. Staff also difficult to communicate with in English.
Review 43:Lovely property, great to explore via bike/complimentary kayak. On a sunny day the pool is great to swim at. Laguna Tours booked through the hotel were fantastic - refunded us 50% of our trip to Phang Nga as it was torrential rain!
Review 44:- Breakfast is dedicated mainly to chinese. - If it´s raining, most of the activities are not available. - Buffet at the restaurants is horrible. Food taste like it was cooked the previous day and is extremely expensive for the quality. - We asked for a bedroom with a covered balcony since it was raining and the outside furniture was completely wet, but our request was denied since they considered this as a bedroom upgrade that would require an additional payment. Let me remind that it was low season and the hotel occupancy was extremely low. - We asked for a late check out, around 2pm instead of 12nn, since our flight was in the evening and we have a small child. Again the request was denied. We were granted only with an additional 30min. Again, let me remind that it was low season and the hotel occupancy was extremely low, but they wanted to use specifically our bedroom immediately.
Review 45:- Staff are friendly - Room service is efficient - Room service food is much better than the one served in the hotel restaurants
Review 46:There was a huge GSM antenna tower in close priximity (e.g. 10-15m away) to our room which is absolutely intolerable and does not comply with minimum regulatory requirement of 300m! Zero noise insulation from the bathroom - the bathroom door is not a solid one so each and every noise makes its way to the room eventually waking up someone sleeping (caution to families with children!) Noisy neighboring room - our room shared a common door with the next room (duplex?) which didn't filter out the noise well. Also there seems to be no wall behind the wardrobe which conducts sounds of banging doors or hair-drier extremely well. Buffet breakfast was not too bad but could include more variety considering the luxury level this resort is aiming after. Feels boring to have same breakfast choices for more than 4-5 days in a row. Air Conditioning felt week in dealing with the modest humidity, however the humming noise from it helped a bit to suppress the outside noises, especially in the morning when birds begin to quack. WiFi worked fine most of the time until the rains came down. At this point onwards it became impossible to get an assigned IP from the routers as they must be overloaded with other users. This is really strange considering that occupancy rate in Sept was very low. I cannot imagine what it would be in the peak months.
Review 47:The hotel is located at a lagoon which is beautiful and captivating with all surrounding greenery Staff is very friendly and polite We enjoyed high level of service. Room was cleaned several times a day. SPA facilities are not the most luxurious or cheap however the staff there did an excellent job. Pools were clean and very convenient for children. The kids center was well laid out and prepared for both indoor and outdoor activities.
Review 48:Villas are dependent upon an unreliable bus service to the main hotel. Pointless having a bus timetable if its not followed. Better to run a direct shuttle door to door.
Review 49:Hotel on the steps of the golf course. Good suggestions and arrangements for excursions.
Review 50:Only thing is the quality of the food of their beach club called Xana. The place itself is a very cool setup, but they're food is not as impressive as their prices are.
Review 51:Very comfortable resort, great for kids, by the beach, nice environment, as others also say, the swimming pool is very nicely done, really worth it! Their Thai restaurant is fantastic!
Review 52:The tours from the hotel are really expensive. Would suggest going to town to get better deals. Rained a lot but can't blame the hotel for that
Review 53:Loved it all. Fantastic time
Review 54:The location is a bit far away from shops if you want to buy something. There is a shuttle bus running through the entire compound but you need to walk about 20mins to see some small shops and restaurants. Wifi was very bad in our room.
Review 55:Our room got upgraded when we arrived! The room is spacious and it was amazingly beautiful property with high standard of facility and service. There are complimentary water activities available to use such as kayaking. Staff was very helpful with everything as we got lost all the time because the property is huge! The stay overall was satisfied and very good!
Review 56:Staffs seems to be given more priority over guests on the limited car parking space available by the security guards. Too much mosquitos in the rooms
Review 57:Facilities and location
Review 58:The location is not good. No restaurant near the hotel. We had to drive to Patong about 50mins.We had dinner buffet in the hotel restaurant. But there has not much foods can be found.
Review 59:The pool is great! Big and clean
Review 60:Only thing which would have made it better would have been for there to be some form of evening family entertainment.
Review 61:Staff were fantastic and could not be more helpful. We did have an issue with our villa on arrival however this was dealt with promptly and we were moved to the Presidential Suite without any issues.
Review 62:there are hundred of thousands mosquitos near laguna. so horrible.
Review 63:nice staff, pool is so beautiful in resort. we stayed for 3 nights so we got upgraded room.
Review 64:Poor breakfast! Dinner buffet was disappointing. In a land of tropical fruit paradise, only the poorest fruit was served. Lots of mosquitoes so we couldn't enjoy the lovely balcony.
Review 65:Many facilities available
Review 66:The food in the hotel wasn't very good and expensive. We ate at nearby restaurants for much better and half the price!
Review 67:The villa was very comfortable and spacious. The pool at the hotel was very nice.
Review 68:nothing
Review 69:their attention to detail and availability of requirements for all from kids club, activities, restaurant variety, facilities, size is big for a resort yet not very big where you get lost and how all is perfectly connected
Review 70:Far away from city. Nothing much to do in the hotel. Very limited choices for F&B and overpriced shuttle service from the Airport comparing to local Taxi's. Overall the hotel is clean, but way too old. Rooms are not isolated and I would try to change the balcony doors- whenever it was raining, we had water inside the room. And I really didn't like the mosquitoes
Review 71:Very friendly employees. Especially the hostess at the All day dinning during the breakfast and the waiter who served us outside on the lake terrace. Thank you for upgrading us to Seaview rooms connected as requested.
Review 72:No halal meat on the entire resort. I presume there are various muslim hotel guests, and I think the hotel is missing a huge opportunity to provide halal meat for muslim guests. This did make us quite upset. The resort is spread over a large area. So if you are staying at one end of the hotel, and want to get to the other (i.e. to eat, or beach, etc) it is quite a walk (5-7 mins) especially if you have children in strollers. The negative comment here is that they have plenty of buggies driving around, and even in the rain, the staff are not willing to help hotel guests to move from one place to another. Room cleaners did not really do a great job. The bathroom & bed were not properly made each day. The bed still had some sand even after room service.
Review 73:Rooms were decent size and balcony was very spacious which is useful. The breakfast & dinner at the Marketplace (restaurant) has a great spread although no halal meat options for muslim visitors. The kids area is clean and has many options for children to play. The gym has top notch equipment. Throughout the hotel they have some very nice seating areas and good music! They also have a free boat service that takes you around the laguna to see other hotels and can drop you at various points. The free uninterrupted wifi is also good.
Review 74:They have far too little staff to get hold of so much crowd. The breakfast was overflowing and it was so noisy in there. Empty things didn't get replenished and it was a stressful atmosphere. Long distances to walk inside the property. They should offer buggy service. Overall pretty substandard not worthy of 5 stars.
Review 75:The big pool and beach were nice and clean.
Review 76:The food was not to the standard I expected. In particular, the breakfast was not impressive (limited fruit selection, bad quality jam, limited cereals selection, breakfast room not adequately cooled). In addition, the room service selection was limited.
Review 77:The facilities were good and the location of the hotel was great.
Review 78:Food in the hotel restaurants is very poor and expensive. It is better to use nearby restaurants some of which provide free shuttle service.
Review 79:Excellent location, perhaps the best I have ever seen. Huge pool shaped as a river across the hotel territory.
Review 80:The Spa treatments were both expensive and inflexible for Thailand
Review 81:The position of the location in Luguna with beach and lakes to enjoy. Staff were so friendly and the accommodation first class for a sensible price. Recomend the Two Bed Townhouse rooms 1126/1125 as best situated for young Family or the Ansagna Suites room 1205 for older Children as it is straight onto a quite swimming pool
Review 82:Breakfast was rather noisy at the Market Place. "American Breakfast" items a bit disapointing but try other cultures' cuisines!
Review 83:The complex is huge but there is free transport by boat and shuttle around it to other hotels some shopping and to the fringe of the local community The swimming pool (warm of course) is the most interesting I've swim in - a journey of discovery in itself around the site. Staff are very helpful and friendly
Review 84:Buffet Breakfast was rather mundane after several days as it kept repeating. Expensive excursions from the hotel.Great
Review 85:Great Location, Beautiful scenery, excellent villas!!
Review 86:The food & drink is very expensive in hotel. Our room had issues with poorly flushing toilet for whole stay
Review 87:The area around the lagoon is beautiful & peaceful. The shuttle cars & boats travel between the different hotels
Review 88:Tourist desk charges 2-4x the amount for a tour if you booked pretty much anywhere else. Kind of far from many main places.
Review 89:Staff is great, everyone pretty much speaks english. Food is exceptional. Rooms are amazing.
Review 90:- Lack of direction signages in the property. Villas are located 10 minute drive from the lobby and restaurant. The route from/to the villas is very complicated with no signages! We got lost often while we normally don't. - inconsistent warm water and slow at times - staff informed us that mini bar is complimentary but didn't mention that soft drinks in the fridge will be charged
Review 91:-Most of the staffs (lobby area) are friendly and helpful -Nice 3 bedroom pool villa -Buffet breakfast -Package includes a list of free drinks and snacks from 5-6pm daily
Review 92:Didn't dislike anything. Loved every bit of our holiday.
Review 93:Our second time back - this time around booked the pool access rooms for 5 nights. The rooms are large, with really comfortable beds. My favourite bit is that the rooms have fans! The breakfast buffet has an array of things to cater to everybody - my husband is a vegetarian and he had a variety of things to choose from. The wifi is excellent - my husband even managed to do some office work on it without any trouble. We ate at the hotel a few times, mostly thai and we enjoyed it. We even used the travel desk to book exercisions to Coral island, Phuket Fantasea and ATV riding. Everything was like clock work. Massages at the spa were a treat! Rented bike to visit local restaurants, markets & shops from Canal Village. The resident baby elephant Laong in Laguna is the cutest thing ever. For us, the location was perfect - quiet with green hills in the background and a nice beach. Local restaurants and shops were a 5 minute ride away. It was the best of both worlds! Yes it's an expensive hotel - but it is worth every penny. The staff take excellent care of you :)
Review 94:Kids club closes to early.
Review 95:Attentiveness of the staff at the restaurants, Best Food at the BanTalay Restaurant (ate their 4 nights in a row) great hospitality, most amazing jazz band in the island.
Review 96:I arrived in my car and three staff ignored me on arrival, then at check it they stated they would deduct 18,000b from my credit card and will be put back but with the bank it could take up to two weeks. I asked why I should inconvenienced in this way, the check in explain that previous guest ran up huge bills and left.......it just made us feel unwelcomed!
Review 97:Breakfast was amazing and the cleaning staff were very happy.
Review 98:The breakfast was very expensive, as is most food in the hotel restaurants. And if you want to be in the action of patong this is quite far but it's perfect if you want rest and relaxation in a fabulous hotel!
Review 99:This resort has everything you need, it's beautiful throughout, has beautifully comfortable rooms and the beach and pool facilities make it a total haven! Such great value and a true 5 star hotel.
Review 100:Staff are really poor and not polite. Tv doesn't run at all Wifivery poor the food is the most expensive food I ever seen in a hotel inthailand. 590 baht for a Padthai. Come on...
Review 101:The hotel is fantastic. Great location. Great beach. Great room (seaview). Great Swimming pool. Great Food (Bodega) Great feeling overall. The seaview room was amazing.
Review 102:Holiday programme sales staff were somewhat tout-like and parked themselves at a corner desk near Marketplace "harassing" guests.
Review 103:Expansive grounds and scenic setting
Review 104:Service and friendliness of staff was outstanding. Gigantic hotel with all amenities e.g. kids club, pool bar, beach pool and choice of restaurants. You could not wish for more in a resort. Best breakfast buffet ever.
Review 105:Breakfast in Market café was hectic and replenishment at times slow. The staff were running around doing their best, but one had to wait at times. The variety and quality of items was basic for such a caliber resort. Restaurants were pricey. Shame that the beach club was always empty in the evenings.
Review 106:We got married and had family and friends join us. Everything was planned very professionally. Our wedding dinner was in Dusit and the handover of the event went seamless as well. Throughout the resort, staff were very friendly and last minute requests were mostly promptly attended to. Massages were world class and good value!
Review 107:the service in the restaurants and around the pools is the poorest I've experienced. one more than one occasion our drinks came after our food. The staff seem disinterested and you are constantly having to wave them down. This is a shame as the rest is brilliant.
Review 108:great facilities, relaxed and hassle free. beach is easily accessed and great to watch the sunset. Bantalay thai food - some of the best I'ver tasted. we had a great stay.
Review 109:-I didn't like the beach much -You kind of get stuck with the hotel (restaurants, taxi, tourism) and they charge a little bit more than the average
Review 110:-Nice staff -Good location -Clean -Good wi-fi
Review 111:Service was a little slow around the pool.
Review 112:Beautiful setting, friendly staff and good value. Also, provided very good facilities for young baby in the room
Review 113:There was a booth located just next to the restaurant providing buffet breakfast, the staff from Hotel Club would invite you to join a free tour introducing the Laguna area with complimentary gift vouchers etc. Dont join this tour, you have to be criticized and assessed by the rude guy called William if you choose to have a mandarin tour, you need to be qualified for the tour. As a customer, dont you think you have to be interviewed by a rude guy and tell you that here is Thailand, you have to observe the rules here!!!! Wow, what a arrogant Singaporean Manager! I will definitely not rent a room from any hotels under the Hotel Club!
Review 114:not to much options when it comes to having breakfast, communication with some of the staff was a bit difficult,
Review 115:The staff were very attendant, helpful. Facilities were beautiful, filled with activities. It was a very relaxing stay for our family
Review 116:I loved the boat service around the hotel n Laguna group hotel, only, they just weren't frequent enough.
Review 117:The atmostphere just oozes calm as soon as I checked in, I was in holiday mode.
Review 118:The very long walk fron the lobby / reception area to the sea-view room. Ideal if they had golf buggies available
Review 119:Staff were generally helpful though they sometines missed some details
Review 120:The hotel itself is located in a beautiful part of Laguna. The staff at the hotel were so friendly and nothing was too much to ask. They organized the transfers to and from the hotel. the resort in general is amazing and everything you need is just around the corner. there is even a shopping center you can take by ferry 2 minutes away. Overall, a great hotel and one which I would definitely recommend.
Review 121:The hotel is in the middle of nowehere, restaurants are overpriced; experienced not tasty food at evening buffet (price TBH 1200.-); breakfast buffet is charged additionally TBH 900.- ; felt being prisoned by the Hotel location with no possibilities to go out nearby. Schedule shuttles to other beaches/places are available for additonal price. Beach was not clean (in comparison to for example to Karon beach) Overall boring place.
Review 122:Big swimming pool
Review 123:1. room was so wet and smell bad. 2. room services was so slow, I asked ice and straw but nothing come in half hour. 3.swiming pool is big but nothing for kids 4. restruant is very expensive 5. hotel received so many Chinese group every day and noised in night and in breakfast 6. attitude of front desk is bad, I had to comuicate with booking about something
Review 124:nothing satisfied
Review 125:Expensive for no reason. My room rate did not include breakfast but in order to pay for it separately they charged me 900 baht. That's about $27 USD for a mediocre (at best) buffet breakfast. I tried to reason with the staff about this but they did not budge and there are no other food options nearby so I was forced to pay a ridiculous amount just for breakfast. The 2 for 1 happy hour ended at 6pm and I ordered another drink at precisely 5:59pm. They refused to give me the happy hour price! C'mon! You call this hospitality! Lastly and most importantly, I will not be going back to this establishment because of the baby elephant they bring for daily visits. Uninformed tourists flocked to the baby elephant for a photo opp, but with just a little research you will know that any elephant used in the tourism industry must be "broken" in order to be submissive and scared of humans. Look up elephant "breaking", "crushing" or "phajaan" to learn what it takes to get an elephant to work for its owner in the tourism industry. Very disappointing that a large establishment promotes this practice behind the scenes.
Review 126:Clean rooms. WiFi works very well.
Review 127:Staff were polite, but the customer service was lacking. If you ask for anything, prepare to wait. The final night I stayed, there was an Indian wedding for 500. Hindi music could be heard from one end of the resort to the other, and much of the place was reserved for these guests.
Review 128:The hotel was clean, the rooms comfortable, and the food was good (just a bit pricey). Go fir a massage on the beach instead of the hotel and you'll pay a fraction of the price.
Review 129:The resort presented very few tour and excursion options that were independent & cheaper than those offered by the resort. In this very biased offering, the resort was looking after its own interests & not the guests.
Review 130:1) Elevator is filthy, not clean.2) BEACH IS A REALLY DIRTY, FILTHY, NO ANY SERVICE AT THE BEACH. NO ANY STAFF, NO ONE SECURITY. TOWELS ARE REALLY OLD. IF YOU WANT REALLY DRINK SOMETHING AT THE BEACH AREA, NO ONE STAFF/ IF ANY PEOPLE FROM THE BEACH WILL STEAL YOUR THINGS (BAGS, TELEPHONES, CAMERA ETC) WHEN YOU ARE IN WATER -NO SECURITY. 3) THAT WHY WE STAYED IN XANA BEACH CLUB, WHERE IS REALLY EXPENSIVE, WE PAYED $100 PER DAY, THERE IS OK, BUT THE BEACH IS THE SAME DIRTY, POOL ARE REALLY SMALL. AND IN THE BILL EVERYDAY THE ARE MAKE MISTAKE. FOR EXAMPLE. YOU ORDERED 4 MANGO JUICE, AND YOU REMEMBER THIS, BUT IN THE BILL THEY ARE WROTE 6 MANGO JUICE OR 4 MANGO JUICE AND 2 MOHITO. AND IT'S NOT ONLY ONCE. EVERYDAY SAME MISTAKE. IF IT IS JUST A MISTAKE. IT IS A BIG PROBLEM STAFF. BUT IF IT'S A NOT MISTAKE, AND THEY ARE KNOWS WHAT THEY WROTE, THEN THATS A BIG PROBLEM FOR THE XANA BEACH CLUB. 4) BREAKFAST IS REALLY POOR. NO JAM. NO MANGO. NO CAKES. TOO MANY BACON BACON BACON NO HALAL FOOD. FOR MUSLIM PEOPLE NON-ACCEPTABLE BREAKFAST. I WILL NEVER RETURN AGAIN TO THIS PLACE AGAIN. I WARNED YOU GUYS AGAINST GOING THERE.
Review 131:Room is a good.
Review 132:There was not one thing I did not like about The Angsana, however some of the restaurant prices were a little dear. However in saying that the food and service was of an extremely high standard!
Review 133:The grounds and facilities were so immaculately kept and the staff went up and beyond to make everyone's stay as truly smooth and stress free as possible! They were simply incredible!
Review 134:Having to leave for Bangkok :-(
Review 135:Warongnitch and Ann the wedding agents were super proffessional & meticulous! All F&b staff amazing quality and exceptional flavour! Worth every $$$$
Review 136:Low service, few of them can speak english at an acceptable level, waiters often forget your orders or something else (for example the napkins) so you must keep asking. It's too expensive considering what is offered and we definetely didn't like the fact that all restaurants were close for the last year's eve. The only chance available was the new year's eve dinner at $500 each. It's not fair.

Review 138:- Lobby bar a bit pricey!
Review 139:- Very large, well maintained, well managed and visually impressive resort - Excellent spacious & clean rooms, all with a view (pool, lagoon and/or gardens) - Very good restaurants and bars (at resort prices, of course!) - Excellent (joined!) pools, top beach and Xana Beach Club - Good breakfast buffet (very busy) - Baby elephant!

Review 141:Me, my wife and kids had a blast. Swimming Pool, Beach , Spa and Food were excellent. Staff very helpful and courteous. Every tour booking we made from hotel, though may be a bit expensive, but went seamlessly. Overall we had a wonderful time.Truly a memorable experience.
