Review 1：no service at all, twice waited over 20 mins.for restuart service, i walked out in the end, staff trying to overcharge you on anything where the price is not in print, i.e. money exchange, laundry, drinks, nobody ever at the reception,staff knowing you want service and deliberately ignoring you
