Review 1：- This time and the last one was very cold in the room. They couldn't fix the problem and I got a heater with a noisy fan which almost didn't allow me to sleep... - very poor breakfast this time. Maybe because a very few guests.

Review 3：We stayed on the 26th Dec, which is 2nd Christmas day and the restaurant and the cafe were closed! So basically we could NOT get any food in the hotel. I find this unacceptable in a 4-star hotel regardless of what day it is! In addition, we called the reception from the room, but it was not possible - another beyond believable fact.

Review 4：I like the location and the facility. It is very convenient if you have a very early morning flight. The facility is excellent if you just want to stay overnight.

Review 5：Young woman on the reception not smiled at all during our check-in process, and explained just after we asked about each hotel facility and etc. We were in a low season (end of Dec.) they tried to save money on the breakfast and served all the food just on request from the waitress. They ask to fill the form with preferred food, but finally just one waitress served all the guests and chaotically brought the food - sweets and fruits before eggs also it takes very long time to wait for each thing if it ever was served. On the next day the lost our forms as of others guest I think :) Overall the quality of food was good but their serving method ruined our experience.

Review 7：Room did not seem as pictured, heater didn't work(Cold time of year), electric plug didn't work in bathroom, shower glass wasn't sealed so water would spread out on the floor and not drain, sink plug was stuck and I fixed it myself, tv was mostly German(not sure why, it's Bulgaria, never watched tv the whole time we stayed in the room), the entrance to the hotel lot was very inconvenient, parking lot was a bit crammed at times, gym lacked variety, breakfast was the same everyday and it wasn't worth the time and money.

Review 11：Unfortunately I ordered a package to be delivered to my room, and the Reception staff declined it since they did count not charge it to my room and did not want to pay on my behalf although I was their guest for several days. Afterwards, I had to clear up the damage with the couriers for 3 hours on my mobile phone in roaming. Not satisfied by the staff at the Reception at all. Do not recommend the hotel!

Review 12：Bed, quilt was the size for a small kid. Mini bar I expected somethings without sucker, just juice, beer, coke and water. TV was very small, 4x3 size.

The location was very handy to the airport and a short, inexpensive taxi trip. King side bed with 2 duvets made for an excellent night's sleep after a long flight. Also the A/C in the room was turned down...I later found out that it was because the hotel was so empty (on Sundays) and when I asked the front desk they turned it up and all was fine.

Review 43：1. The corridor between the rooms is dark. There are motion sensor, that gets activated upon your exit from the elevator, but the delay in lightning up is not comfortable2. Air condition is EXTREMELY POOR throughout the whole hotel and especially in the rooms. 3. Bed and Pillows look to be of very low cost value and so is the comfort on that. Sleeping and resting is always a challenge there. 4. Bed covers are too small and light. 5. Bathroom - no air to breath whatsoever. Bathtub is useless and only makes taking shower more difficult. Poor light. Soap/Shampoo - smell like cheap perfume instead of giving you the sense of freshness/cleanness. 6. Room is clean... where visible. If you move the TV or the Curtain or god forbid the Couch, you may find interesting elements. Talking about the couch, though it looked comfortable i dear not seat in it, looking at all the stains and hair (this time the hair was black).

Review 61：. The problems have started right upon arrival. Even though the property was almost empty and I asked for room on a higher floor, room was given on the second floor. At check in time I requested room's bill for the stay to be made on company name.Frond desk clerk however replayed that it can’t be done, for several reasons: first room was booked under my name; second the accounting department does not like canceling invoices and making invoices and third on Saturday ( my check in day) hotel’s office is close. For 4 consecutive days during the stay I was getting different and strange explanations why invoice can’t be done as per my request. I tried several times to get in touch with some one from the management but no luck, everybody was hiding. At the end I have to leave the property being finally informed that no chance to get the bill on company name So it was such a every day humiliation standing at the desk and fighting for better customer service and approach. WI FI was fine, in the morning time, and slow during the evenings. The bed was hard but comfortable, however for king size bed there were standard duvets. The pillows were terrible, felt like filled with hard cotton balls. Not major complains for the breakfast, only coffee was terrible and always cold ( coffee making machine was out of order for all 3 days).The waiters were not very professional, always forgot things and running in delay So the entire stay was such a disappointment . Would not recommend this hotel. Is better off finding one something else which could better suite a needs for 4 star property

Review 99：Hotel was clean, friendly and was very much on par with upstanding hotels in America. We chose this hotel for the convenience of shuttle service to the airport! You only receive one free shuttle service. Additional trips cost 3 euros pp. Arrival pick-ups need to be arranged prior to traveling. The restaurant was closed while we were there so we made use of their mini cafe and ordered the special menu for the day. We assumed the word 'cepes' on the menu was for crepes. It meant fries. Their grilled veggies were excellent. The drinks in the room's mini bar are all complimentary!!! (2 Cokes, 2 apple juices, 2 waters and 2 beers). We walked through their gym and saw a wide variety of equipment to choose from for a good workout. Thee is also spa available that appeared lovely. There was only a conference table with chairs in the business center, but we were able to forward our boarding passes directly to the front desk and they tinted them out for us. No problems with the internet service. We would definitely recommend this hotel to others!

We finally got a ride to the airport and arrived on time, but we advice people to double check if they really have a ride to the airport or not. At this hotel the pay attention to the wrong things, trying to play business hotel, instead of getting the basic to work first.
