Review 1：Nothing really, we enjoyed our stay. Maybe parking closer to the hotel would have been appreciated (in cold/windy/rainy days...)

But this is not like the Roermond hotel!We pay 83€ for a night.there is no reception.they are starting now tobuild the hotel. We we arrived with the gps he had a shock.. There wasno more the Roermond hotel.. Just a sign to indicate that in the nextbuilding are some rooms! Very small. The breakfast is served in arestaurant next to the hotel.Last year when we stayed at Roermond hotelwas very nice, but this year they are trying to make money by rentingrooms in the next building!

Review 10：I have stayed at room number 21 close to the stairs. Upon the guests walking up and down it's make a lot of noise in my room especially in the night cannot sleep well. If you want to stay this hotel please request that would not stay at room number 11, 21 and 31.

Review 14：The room was on the other side of the square from the reception, making them both completely disconnected. The staff was also working in the restaurant which again made them disconnected from the hotel. The room had a window looking agains a wall 10 meters away. All in all the feeling was very clinic with no customer experience feeling.

Review 16：We didnt expect that its on the other building which is a distance far from the check in area, its difficult if u have loads of luggage and with children.there's no tea/coffee or a kettle , hard if your making milk for ur baby. Not advisable for a family.

Review 20：Checkin was fast and simple. Location is easy to find, just beside a roermond station. They gave a room across the street which seems newly furnish. With lift elevator, the rooms are well space ( not big nor small) and is clean and neat. Best of all, there is free parking at this hotel. Travel to the outlet is only 5min drive away.
Review 21：Sunday morning around 7:00 a.m. there was some truck parked exactly under my room. It was transporting or doing delivery, but it was very very loud; I could not sleep till it left. It is a bit weird, on Sunday at this time, to wake people with extremely loud disturbance.

All in all a nice establishment marred only by the inability to reduce temperature in bedroom and the peculiar sliding mattresses which had the ability to move sideways across the bed during the night. This would have been an excellent review if the bed was more stable and tea/coffee making facilities had been part of the equipment and not available on request !

Review 29：You have to check-in in the reception of their resturant and go to your room on the opposite of street. The rooms in their new building seems just decorated. The floor is a bit too thin that makes noises when you walk on it.

Review 31：The curtains did not fit properly and let light in from a nearby street lamp. We were in room 11 and it was directly opposite a take away pizza shop which served late into the night. We had just driven 9 hours thro France and needed an early nights sleep. Unfortunately we did not get it. I informed the manager of our displeasure whilst at breakfast.

Review 39：Difficult access - roadworks and car park small and crowded if you arrive late. Lots of external noise but this was mainly due to World Cup victory on Sunday. Would suggest you pack earplugs if you need a good sleep or quaff a wee dram.

Review 123：Not a real hotel. It was a restaurant with some rooms awkwardly added above it. Poor access to rooms. No elevator. Steep steps. Dingy hallways. Dumpy rooms. Horrible, weak Wifi. Often could not access Internet.

Review 126：The helpfulness and friendliness of the staff especially in supporting my wife who had a couple of days of illness during our stay as well as catering for her special dietary requirements. Thank you to all concerned. The restaurant was also good with a suitable menu. Car parking on site was a blessing although if the hotel were fuller then space would be at a premium.
