Review 1：Personnel in the reception during check in. The room I have got was not the same I booked. The hotel is cheating clients showing on the photos the room completely different that offered.

Review 3：Most staff started the conversation in Russian assuming all guests are Russains. Some of the Reception staff could not give accurate info about transportation to town or opening times of musems at all and were quite off hand.

Review 8：That my room was away from the late evening base music. Choice of food at mealtime and buffet style. The kindness of some staff members when I almost fainted from heat stroke on my arrival. Relaxed atmosphere.

Review 9：Firstly they gave us one standart room in the Villa. It's a little stuffy room, with antiquated B&W TV, entrance from the balcony, on other wall of which located the entrance to the neighbour room. Thus, people has to sleep with closed balcony doors and drawn curtains. Ventilation system is very old and works poorly. Moreover the room has sea view and located on the sunny side. We asked to change the room and the staff offered us a standard room in the main building. Large spacious cool room with forest view, because the sun does not penetrate into the room. But we agreed. And only at night, when we went to bed, we realized that literally in front of our window behind the trees passes the big road. All night we woke up to the sounds of passing cars. We tried to close the balcony and open ventilation. But the old system cools weakly and is very noisy. Thus the standard rooms do not meet the standards of a five star hotel. The open terrace of the restaurant is very stuffy, poor ventilation. After 2 PM the beach stays in the shadow of forest. There is a small sunny area on the breakwater but it is difficult to find a free place there.
