Review 1：The patio area needs new outdoor furniture. The seats are worn out the nails are coming up from the bottom tearing holes on our pants and they also puncture legs. The tables are broken.the patio is dirty. Also the pool is ice cold. There are no curtains in the room and the security guard patrols around the building at night we can't see him but he can see inside to the rooms. He is pulling guard and being a peeping Tom at the same time.This needs to be corrected.

Review 3：The bed was hard. But they changed it when we asked. The new bed is soft and nice.

Called like 20 times to ask some questions and nobody answered. Overall the hotel is a nice place... they just need to work on their over the phone costumer service

Review 33：This hotel has a huge problem their curtains are not appropriate all the streets lights come thru your window and won't let you sleep. Another HUGE problem is that they have BED BUGS. I got bit on my second night there I call the attendant and he saw the bed bug in my mattress another very uncomfortable thing is their mattress are hard and the pillows are harder
