Review 1：Our main purpose was for relaxation yet, it felt a little (too) quite for a young couple maybe because it was at the end of the low season. Not many shops close to the hotel, the closest is about 25 mins with a taxi, so we would have to stick with option available at the hotel.

Review 2：friendly staff, more than decent-sized private pool, good room decoration.

Review 3：The food at saffron and lunch at banyan cafe was very disappointing . Fish was not fresh. Overall appeal and taste are not of a certain class. Breakfast was better than lunch and dinner strangely. We feedback to the A. Manager who was on duty. Massage treatment packages made us feel a little shortchanged and unsatisfied. Stated eg. 90mins treatment but the 90 mins kickstart the moment you walk from the reception! I do not think it should be the case. The service was good though. Techniques of the masseuse were hit and miss. The 'bathtub'in the villa was difficult to use and rinse after each use. Suggest a showerhead or hose. Lastly a very minor thing is that for honey (served during breakfast), a wooden spoon should be used instead of a metal one. Metal utensils or cutlery are not suitable for the quality honey that you are providing.

Review 4：We stayed at the pool villa. The villa was very welcoming the moment you open the door. Good aircon and clean and comfortable. The pool was very clean. Staff and cleaners were all very smiley with good memory. We felt very at home.

Review 5：The drilling whilst having a 2 hrs massage. The drilling outside my friends villa. The fact we were told we were going to tre and when we got there discovered the resto was saffron?!?! Communication very poor.

Review 7：The resort was under renovation (this was advised in advance), so there was some construction noise during the day, some pathways were blocked off and some facilities were closed.

Review 8：The staff could not do more to help or be more friendly throughout the entire stay!! Early check in and a villa upgrade were offered complementary on arrival. Small things such remembering our room number made a big difference to our stay. Gym and pool facilities were excellent.

Review 15：Exceptional experience. Second time at Banyan Tree. They even gave us the same pool villa we stayed at during our honeymoon 2 years ago! Hands down top Phuket resort!

Review 16：However the resort is quite old 20 years. The villa was nice but the features start to be old compared to other high end resort. They are currently renovating some of the common area which is not really a problem but affect the image high standard. Being there mean paying everything more expensive and the complete is huge including other resorts so no little 7/11 around the corner.

Review 18：Our reception on arrival was a slightly disappointing - in part, due tot he first reception desk encountered being for the Spa and not the resort. We were not escorted to reception and had to find our way through a group of rather boisterous and impolite guests (I think they were golfers). However, everything was perfect after that.

Review 30：The villas are a bit shabby. Things like broken pieces in the deck by the villa pool and a few more showing lack of maintenance. The really bad thing was the bed. It is basically a mattress on the floor and you climb stairs to get to that bed . stage. Our group included older people and it was really a nightmare for them to crawl to bed. All facilities are extremely overpriced taking advantage of being a captive audience of the facility. re

Review 34：Laguna Phuket feels gated, no tuk tuk or regular taxis in area. You have to rely on transport (expensive) from resort. No place for dinner in resort without dresscode. Dresscode say long pants and long sleeve shirts. On a beach style resort dressed shorts and pike shirt would be enough at least in one restaurant. Some staff looks a little bit tired. But in general service is good. Location is rather remote. And only a few restaurants on beach, so you have to like the resort concept to really like this place.

Review 40：1. The facilities are old, especially the lights in the garden (the swimming pool) were too dark; 2. The location is average, it takes us about 40 minutes to take taxi from Patang Beach to this village. 3. Selection of breakfast is just fine.

The breakfast is just the best and little things like the buggy service between the villas and the facilities and the use of bicycles made the stay that bit extra special for the kids - and us! Review 64：The AC and lighting in the Villa was quite inconvienient. The bed is to short (I am 1,88 cm) and the connected Tour Desk of Laguna Tours is quite incapable. One Lady inquired started to read the catalogues herself and didn't say a word for 5 minutes so we decided to leave. The next one hung up the phone when I asked them to bring the Vouchers to out Villa after we booked a tour, after she had said she will not leave her desk. Some Villas have a lack of privacy
