Reviews for Hotel Monaco
Review 1:Nothing. All Good!!!
Review 2:I loved the location. Very conviniently located. The Mall is right across the street; there are restaurants nearby and the hotel has a restaurant as well. I loved the A+ customer service. I had to stay an extra night due to a snowstorm and had no problem extending my stay. What a gret staff, hard working, helpful and always ready to tend to customers requests.
Review 3:They didn't respect the reservation made on booking.com i did have to pay more to have a room, lousy air conditioning equipment, loud and didn't cool enough for the weather in Juarez. took them about an hour to bring me a tv control. not nice at all.
Review 4:When we got there the price was a lot higher than the one I got from Booking.com when we said that we have a reservation the seems that they have no idea what we were talking about.
Review 5:Screen of the bathroom window was deliberately cut to let in mosquitos and the window was unable to be shut because of pasted cement and chips. Furthermore, the staff were threatening, boisterous and obnoxious.
Review 6:Nothing!
Review 7:I printed the reservation sheet and gave it to the person at the front desk. It was advertised at $28 dlls and they didn't give me that price. Rather, I had to pay $36 dlls. The person told me that was the price. I had to accept that higher rate since I didn't want to drive around after midnight in a city with security issues. The difference in the rate wasn't that much but they should respect what they advertise.
Review 8:I would have liked to have wifi available, but it just wasn't. It seemed like wifi was pretty universally available at restaurants, businesses, just randomly out in the street, but for some reason they had no wifi whatsoever. So at least that part of the description of this hotel is inaccurate. Also, in my room there was some weird low hanging tiled ceiling/wall part of the bathroom, which, as a taller person, was a hazard to me. I actually have a small gash in my forehead from turning into it as it was only inches away from my head when I had to pee. (Maybe TMI but it was an issue.)
Review 9:I liked that the staff was pleasant and welcoming, they were patient with my limited Spanish and made positive efforts to communicate with me in English, and were helpful when I asked any questions about things to do in the area. The room was small, but that was not unexpected.

Review 22:Me gusto mucho el lugar
Review 23:The hotel had the basics, always am grateful for wifi and aircon but my highlight was the pool area and the pool was well maintained and clean.
Review 24:Nothing
Review 25:The staff was friendly and very helpful
Review 26:The wifi only works in the reception and surroundings. Other than that, all perfect
Review 27:Staff was extremely friendly and helpful without exception. The hotel, although somewhat run down and modest, boasts with the hospitality the larger, upper-scale chain hotels in the are do not have. Great location: Pronaf is full of clubs and shopping opportunities, downtown is a 15-20 min bus ride away. Very safe area. A great option for budget travelers who are not demanding beyond the essentials.
Review 28:Stay here if you must. I took the room lured by a cheap price. Oh my! The rooms are in desperate need of renovation and they need a good, deep cleaning. Bear in mind that a "king-size" bed is actually a queen-size, and a "queen-size" is actually a full-size. Next time I'm around I think I'll spend $10 more and look for another option.
Review 29:Location, location, location, can't beat that. Just across a major shopping center with restaurants, cafes and stores around. Staff was friendly and helpful. Price: very affordable.
Review 30:Required deposit was not noted by Booking.com. That's probably not the hotel's fault though. It was refunded on check out, so it was not a big deal. Also, the address listed online will lead your GPS about a mile west to a vacant lot. You'll have to ask around to find the hotel.
Review 31:Friendly, helpful staff. Quiet. Safe. Very inexpensive.
