Review 1：The road to the property from the lakeside is quite tricky. When we arrived and discovered there was no air conditioning, we were told we were not allocated a room with air conditioning as we had booked through Booking.com! This was a drawback as it was very hot during our stay. We did not realise, nor was it clear from the website, that the pool and restaurant are actually across the road from the property, and are shared with another small apartment block. The self catering facilities are basic, in that there is just a hob, no oven and not even a microwave oven.

Review 2：The staff are lovely, very friendly and helpful. The location is very scenic. The pool and restaurant are very nice. The village of Pieve is a little piece of heaven. The families using the pool were friendly and considerate.

Review 3：Drive up was a little hair raising, but there is a wider road from Limone.

Review 4：Massimo & Jenny at reception were very friendly and helpful, as too were the restaurant staff. Pool and views were fantastic, kids 10 & 11 had a great time.

Review 5：Beds were not so comfortable. Rooms could use AC in this this weather (35+ C or higher), was not easy to get them cool enough to sleep in during the night.

Review 6：Great location and good amount of space in the apartment. Good pool and near to shops for food and other stuff. Good resturant nearby. Fantastic view from the bit terrace. Scenic roads in the entire surrounding. Calm place in the evenings.

Review 8：The village is pure Italian. Views over Lake Garda are breathtaking and it is very quiet here. Just enough shops and restaurants to keep us local and prices superb. Walks and bike rides great and there is a sports centre and pools but probably not great for kids unless you have a car.

Review 9：We requested for late check-out which was confirmed over email before and we got that finally. But the lady in the reception did not confirmed that after looking into the email print as well and we had to wait till the last day morning and and while checking with other guy of the reception it was confirmed and organized. The apartment was not having a microwave.

Review 10：Nice calm and safe location on the mountain. Nice restaurant, children play area and swiming pool. The apartment was nice and clean. Check in and check out were easy and simple.

Review 11：Do not go to the restaurant on the left side of the residence (alongside the pool and tennis courts). I had a very unpleasant experience there and the owner was very rude. Also, be prepared because they do not speak English or German and will be angry that you don't speak Italian. Im not sure if this restaurant has any connection with the residence.

Review 12：We loved our stay here! It was very comfy, relaxing and beautiful; we felt like we were at a home away from home! The staff was very helpful and everything was clean. . . One thing that we didn't like was that unlike a hotel, you had to clean EVERYTHING before you left and this was not explained to us. You couldn't even leave dishes in the dish washer. This makes me a little nervous because you don't know how clean the people were who stayed there before you (do to the fact that they aren't using professional cleaners). Very strange . . Other than that, it was nothing but pleasant. They even gave us a cute little souvenir. Fair warning: the drive up hill was pretty scary!

Review 16：Magnificent view from the rooms !!! Quiet , Pool is close bus still far enough not be disturbed from the noise of children having fun. The way to the place is the most magnificent . Close by are groceries store and good pizzerias. each room has its own parking place. very very clean .

Review 33：Location is not good if you are thinking about spending time at the Garda Lake. Hotel is placed in a mountain region with very narrow roads. It will take you half an hour to get to the nearby Limone and like two hours to Sirmione. Altough open hours are cleary stated we've had no idea that it would be a problem to be earlier. We've arrived at 13:00 and we could check in at 16:00. We were told to wait and visit a town (there is not much to visit tho). Another clearly stated thing is that you need to pay additional fee for bedclothes but for me, at this price this is big minus. Not to mention that during our 3 nights room has not been cleaned once. At the entrance to the room you get a big brochure of things that you.. can not do. There is a noise comming down from other rooms.
