Review 1：The bed was so soft we both woke up with a very sore lower back.. There was no freezer (no ice) in the room. There was no balcony either unfortunately. The shower head was so low my partner had to crouch down to get under it

Review 7：I specificly ordered a room with a bath tub and did not get it so was very disapointed from the begining. Pulled back the sheets to get into bed and a cockroach crawled out. Was advertised as free WiFi, but our room did not have enough reception to use it. My husband works in IT support and looked at the system on the roof to find it was very poorly maintianed and this is why the reception of the wifi was so poor. They had what looked like a nice outdoor couch by the water where I wanted to read a book. But when I got down there it was really dirty and covered in dead bugs. Very over priced for what it was. Not happy.

Review 8：Bed very soft, too soft for 2 people. The grounds need attention. Detail outside was poor. They need someone every day to attend to sweeping away cobwebs, tidying up garden and cleaning cushions on lounges.

Review 9：The rooms were spacious. The grounds were a good size. You don't hear the traffic from the rooms.

Review 10：Monday night stay and the in house restaurant is not open . This is peak season! No DVD player to borrow/rent. No emergency lighting when the power went off for more than 1 hour during the night@ 9pm ( Not the premises fault but, no explanation on checkout ) All TV signals lost after power outage. Happy to have a coffee pod machine but instructions would have been helpful. Rooms are not very soundproof we had very loud lower neighbours. I would suggest requesting a ground floor room with doors facing out to the pretty rear lake. Lower rooms also have outside chairs.

Review 19：We stayed here on New Year's Eve so we could escape the party vibe of the city and we were so happy we did. It's only a short drive to the shops, right off the highway and has an antique feel. The bed was comfy, the room was a decent size and the pool was great.

Review 20：Dangerous driveway and parking. This place is structured like cheap box rooms at a cheap hotel motel. The difference is that the building material is brick, interiors are much better, but they charge 3 times the price of a cheap place. Overall over priced.

This motel is a lovely place and has a great feel about it. It was raining the days we were there so I can only imagine how much nicer it would be in the sun.

Review 76：I absolutely loved this place, the atmosphere was great, it was in a beautiful setting, and being a little out of town was ideal, so quiet and peaceful! I loved our room overlooking the pond, and the soothing sounds of the birds and crickets at sunset into evening, just magical! It was cooler weather when we went but I'd imagine it would be amazing in summer also, where you can sit out in the gazebo overlooking the lake or enjoy the onsite pool. Usually where you stay is incidental to the area you want to visit, but I'd be happy to run away and escape here just for this resort, I liked it better than Batemans Bay itself! I teared up a little as we drove away, it's the sort of place I'd love to run away to if I ever need to escape the world and enjoy some serenity, yet it's just a short drive of a few minutes into town. The staff were really lovely too, nothing was too much trouble. Next time I'd like to check out the spa facilities but it was relaxing enough just as is.

Review 108：Our stay was fabulous. The staff went above and beyond to make our stay memorable - a special thank you to Scott who was so helpful over the phone. The rooms are modern and extremely comfortable, the house keeping staff were very friendly when we were not ready for a service, they came back later in the day whilst we were out. The mini-bar was dangerous, the prices were too good to resist and we made good use of it! On the last night we dined at the restaurant, the food was great (thumbs up to the chef) and portion size is huge so you certainly get what you pay for. Can't wait to come back when the day spa opens up. All in all we had a fantastic time and thank you so much for the wonderful staff, we will be back.

Review 109：Beds were very soft and you roll into the middle when there are 2 of you in the bed. One of us had to use the single bed as a result - not very nice when you are on a romantic week-end away. Air con didn't work and a small fan heater had to be brought in and the remote control for the TV didn't work either. Not good enough when you are paying quite a high price and expect a quality room.

Review 139：Im pretty picky, I stayed in a clean room. The guy on front desk, who Ithink was reported being rude (unless it was someone else) was supernice. He even got up from behind the service desk to point me in thedirection of my room and car park. It was super personal service.. .Would not get that level of customer service at a more well knownestablishment. I was happy with the common areas, the outdoor furniture,the pathways, my room, my verandah, my sink, my bench tops, my tv, evenmy air conditioner air vent filter was clean (I check this in every roomI stay to be sure the ac is giving me the best air flow and not cloggedwith dust.a perfect stay.
