Review 1：Not easily accessible by public transports (better for people with car) and no soap or shampoo in the room (such facilities were lacking)

Review 3：the single room was a bit small but it did not matter for a 1-night stay. The wifi was temporarily out of service but the hostess kept trying until it worked again.
