Review 1：Phone in room did not work, heater did not work. We are were very cold since it was a cold night. They put us all the way in the back and it did not look nice

Review 3：EXCELLENT SERVICE. THEY PROVIDED ME FREE TRANSPORTATION TO GET MY BUSINESS DONE FASTER. IT LOOKS LIKE A FAMILY HOTEL, EVERYBODY KNOW EACH OTHER. I am more than happy with this experience, first one in Ciudad Juarez.
Review 4：The staff were very very friendly and helpful! They were far and beyond the call of duty, specially the driver, he did not even want to take any money from us. We will come back just because the kindness of the chauffeur.
Review 5：Receptionist was harsh when calling room to remind me about paying the balance. Any questions I had, she will start her response with " I already told you before...". I felt intimidated and discouraged to make any questions, comments, or clarifications.
Review 6：I like the facilities, they re not overpriced. I use the room only to store my belongings and sleep at night. I appreciate the fact that breakfast was provided. The cooks are very kind and friendly. Thank you.
