Review 1：Once I was walked in by the staff. My room was clean but my TV had a cleaning schedule on it. I guess when finished she still used my room.

Review 9：I noticed a dirty mark on the bathroom wall and wiped it with the towel. The towel came away black and there was a lafge much lighter patch on the wall. I don't think they clean the bathroom walls very often! I filled out their customer satisfaction sheet when I was checking out and mentioned that so maybe that issue will be attended to???!!!
Review 10：very close to Niigata Train Station. Check in was extremely easy. Check in is 2pm and check out 11am which is better than a lot of hotels in Japan where check in is 3pm or even 4pm and check out is 10am. The staff were very helpful and even produced a shinkansen time table so I could decide which shinkansen to catch without going to the station. Coffee and chamomile tea was provided in the room as well as green tea. There was an impressive range of toiletries in the bathroom, more than I have seen at any other hotel in Japan. They also seemed to provide a lot of services. Breakfast was excellent... a huge buffet to choose from.
